Samantha was an awesome tax professional!! She explained everything in lay terms to give me a full understanding of all that was involved with the preparation of my taxes! I have never gone to Jackson Hewitt but took a chance...very glad I did! Friendly plus professional...that's a rarity

At the last minute Sarah (cannot remember her last name), came through for me at Walmart. First time ever using the service and she was probably the best at everything. She communicated well, she knew what she was doing right off the bat, explained everything in great detail for me to understand. I recommend Sarah to everyone. She’s the best. I’ll definitely be using this company again next year.

We showed up for our appointment at Walmart 15 minutes early and no one was at the desk. Laura walked in and basically said hi and sat down with her McDonalds tea. We walked up and said we are here for our appointment to do our taxes. She barely acknowledged us. She picked up her tea to drink it and my husband asked if she was on break (jokingly) and she said yes come back in 15 minutes. No customer service whatsoever. We walked away and decided to forget it and went back and cancelled our appointment. I wouldn’t have trusted her to ring me up at Walmart let alone do my taxes.

This was my first time filing. I thought filing taxes was going to be the headache of adult hood, but Jackson Hewitt made me believe otherwise. It was very easy and my filer made everything clear. I highly recommend

They did well, but be warned; $200 to file with these folks. Walmart may have cheaper prices but not these guys.
