Couldn’t ask for a better customer service experience. I needed a nice blazer and didn’t have any knowledge on what I should get, but they made the whole process seamless. I love this store! I walked in and was politely and professionally greeted. The selection is amazing and just what I was looking for. Every time I visit Charleston I go back. Plus I’ve even ordered and had it shipped to myself in Atlanta.

BEST customer service ever!!! Always able to walk out of there with bags and bags of super great clothes for my husband. He is super hard to shop for and being a 32x34 they always come through. Heading there this week with my 19 year old 6'3" 190lb and JL is the only place that will have something for him, guaranteed! Don't waist your time looking for the men in your lives clothes anywhere else, just come here!

My Grandson purchase a shirt for me, first time I ever was there. New place for me to get my suits from. Sales people weren't pushy, they let you take your time, but right there to answer questions

Mens clothing store. Awesome selection! Great mix of things - from shoes/flip flops to card holders to pants/shirts/shorts to swim trunks. A men's jewelry section would be nice, maybe I just missed it. Lots of interesting brands I've never heard of before. Highly recommend. Very helpful staff. Will def stop back in when back in town.

Jordan and Daniel are the best! They graciously put up with my wife and friends jokes.They have an interesting and wonderful selection of clothing. We always make a point to stop by when in Charleston. They consistently seem to update their clothing and make every effort to take care of the customers.Love the place.

Nice men's clothing store. You can find most anything you need. Friendly staff! I ordered online and was able to make exchange in the store. Great King St location is easy to find.

This review is being written during the global pandemic. I feel it's imperative to support United States small business during these trying times. Jordan Lash is one business I'm happy to write defines quality all-around. This is a wonderful store with superior customer service: both in-person and on the web. I visited the store when in Charleston on vacation and was greeted with enthusiasm. I've subsequently ordered numerous times via their user friendly website and always receive a well-packed parcel in a few days time. If I had questions before ordering, I called the store and everything was explained - including the correct product sizing across different product brands. You can find well-styled, fashion-forward, and quality items at Jordan Lash that are difficult to find elsewhere. There is a reason for all the five star reviews on Google. You can purchase at Jordan Lash with peace of mind knowing you will receive world class service and superior product quality.

I have ordered from Jordan Lash a few times online, and I could not be more pleased. It is hard for an online purchase to stand out enough to me to write a positive review, but mine with Jordan Lash have. No matter what I have purchased, their shipping, communication, and order updates are all spot on and timely. Something else that is both noticed and appreciated are the hand written notes they include with purchases. They are such a small thing, but really make Jordan Lash stand out in a crowd. I cannot tell you how many people I have told about this type of little thing relating to customer service. Keep doing what you are doing! Thanks!
