This store has won a lot of awards for customer service, and it shows. It is definitely not a discount shoe store but when you are wanting a great shoe to hike or walk in, they carefully walk you through, including measuring your feet. (Yes, I now have increased a half size over the more recent time.) I bought a Dunham brand which previously was owned by the excellent sport/jogging shoe company New Balance until Dunham was purchased by Rockport, a brand I have worn since the 1980s. So, yes it was and is the shoe I bought. Thanks to the great service and great selection. Recommended, for sure!

Great place for shoes with an amazing staff. The founders of Kassis shoes were amazing people. Fred and John are legends, great people with incredible sense of humor. No place better to get your shoes in town!!!!!!!!!!

In search of a company that offers the service needed to acquire the proper shoes I googled companies near me that we’re advertised as fitting the bill. The first two companies I called in fact no longer offered the service advertised. Two were rated as a three star customer satisfaction rating which leaves their ability to fulfill the suspect. The fifth one I contacted was interested in sharing any information but was intent on getting me off the phone and in the store. Assume they were short staffed and needed to get back to a customer that was in the store .The two stores that were most helpful were Redwing Shoes and Sas shoes. Although neither of them offered specialty inserts they do carry comfort fit shoes. If you know the size and are not in need of specific inserts I would recommend them for their willingness to be of service.

I had bought shoes from there before because my legs and back hurt me often and the men there are so helpful. My shoes only last six months but I don't have pain any more. The shoes are costly but worth every penny. You can go other places but you get what you pay for.
