I had the most remarkable experience at Kia Country of Charleston. I initially had low expectations, considering the dealerships in Charleston are awful. If you’ve ever bought anything anywhere here, you know what I mean. I wasn't planning to buy from a dealership at all and only went to test drive the car I planned on buying through Carvana. I was prepared for another awful experience, however, Luis was an absolute game-changer. His kindness, patience, and genuine care were truly exceptional. He not only made the car-buying process stress-free but also enjoyable. He completely changed my mind about where to purchase.Isaac was also friendly and easy to work with too. It's clear that the entire team at Kia Country of Charleston is dedicated to ensuring their customers have a fantastic experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership, especially if you have the privilege of working with Luis. He’s a rare gem in the car-buying world.

I visiting this past weekend with my husband and I am glad to meet the salesman named Will. He explained everything in detail. I appreciate his knowledge about the Kia Optima. Unfortunately we aren’t able to purchase a vehicle at this time because of my son moving to college but we will definitely be back to see Mr. Will. Thank you for your time explaining everything to us.

William, is a great and understanding man. 10-10 customer service, hard-working people I got the price that I wanted and the vehicle. the process was super simple and understanding love the place. it is a great place to get your first car, and more for many generations.

The service department is absolutely terrible. 1. The phone system is not operable. I've been trying to call for two days to schedule a service appointment, but the automated system hangs up after I hit 1 for service. 2. They were completely unhelpful when I went in person to the store. 3. The fact that the next available service appointment is exactly 25 days away is absurd. 4. The website is intolerable to schedule an appointment. I am extremely technologically savvy and had difficulty navigating the site to schedule an appointment that never resulted in anything more than "someone will contact you." This also never happened. 5. I spent entirely too much money on a package when I bought a new car for this process to be this difficult. The customer service during the car buying process was top notch. After they have you, you're clearly just a number. If anyone from Kia sees this, I still need to schedule a maintenance appointment.

Car buying at Kia Country of Charleston was an unexpected pleasurable experience. When so many other places let you down in the customer service department, Kia Country excels. We worked with Ken Papaleo who was patient, informative, and knowledgeable. He understood what we were looking for and took the time to explain all the features to us. We went back twice before we made the purchase and each time, without knowing if we'd actually buy from him, he spent as much time with us as we needed and drove the same car over...and over. There were no high-pressure sales tactics and we left with a great new car and one of the best warranties in the industry! We highly recommend Kia Country of Charleston...and Ken!

Please, stop in and ask for Will because he was/is thorough, and to the point, and aims to please. I appreciate the way Will listened to what I wanted in a vehicle, he exceeded my expectations. Meeting upper management prior to deciding to purchase was nice, and gave the impression that they cared. The entire team at Kia Country are amazing professionals that made me feel right at home. I got more than what I asked for in my new Kia Sportage! Thank you Will & the entire team for making my car buying experience GREAT!

Amazing services at Kia Charleston! I worked with Tony Washington and I can not say enough great things about my experience! Tony provided a very efficient buying process, explained everything kindly to my family, and was able to compromise with a price that worked for both of us. The team at Kia Country of Charleston is exceptional. From test driving to leasing and purchasing a vehicle, my family and I have had the best customer service I have experienced at a car dealership and in general for a purchase in my life. I have had a career in hospitality for over 25 years and the way a business treats people is tremendously important to me. Elijah Tucker in sales has been our go to person from the beginning. We have built a rapport with him and know he genuinely cares about us and that we're satisfied with our purchases. Steve Applebaum, General Manager has also been a pleasure to work with throughout. He is thorough and has worked with us in getting the best deal on our trade-ins, leases and purchases. The accounting team and service teams are also fantastic. The whole team is efficient and a class act. They repeatedly have made the process of owning a car a pleasurable experience and we look forward to the next time we plan to purchase or lease another car. I lease a Kia Telluride and not sure if I want to give it up anytime soon!

Worst customer service! No staff to do repairs on your véhicule! They are not able to provide emergency service to your car, that is still under warranty! I love my car but it's unfortunate that I have no choice but to sell it. No more Kia ever!

I purchased a new car and Jason and Morgan (sales managers) were there to help me. I never felt like it was just a sale. It felt more personal. William (sales) went far and beyond to get me the best deal on a new car. Everything was explained and not rushed. They got the payment I needed. The company gives you a small family feel. I would highly recommend to go and see them if in search for a vehicle.

They need to fix their service account system! I purchased a used car here 8 months ago and selected the platinum warranty, which covers oil changes, tire rotation, window power motors, electrical issues, etc.... Yesterday I was told I have to verbally state I have the platinum coverage because it doesn't show up on their system?? You would think coverage purchased through the dealership would show up on my account in their service department?I discovered this when they were getting ready to charge me $160 for a electrical diagnostic, which should be covered in the warranty once I reach a $100 deductible. I told them I'm not paying the $160 diagnostic because it should be covered and now I have to wait an entire month for the next available appointment. Just don't understand why my warranty coverage is not on the service department record but Isaac in finance department was able to look it up right away.Also, I was overcharged by $170 because of the same issue during my last service appointment and not sure I'll ever see that money back. Hard to trust people any more and seems like the solution is to learn to fix everything yourself or take it to a known good mechanic.

I was able to purchase my first car right off the showroom floor! The experience was amazing. Mr. Elijah Tucker is good at what he does and tells you this openly and honestly. Take a chance on this dealership you won't be disappointed.
