Bars and Cigars go together like Tacos and Tequila! What a cool place! We were staying at the Francis Marion Hotel for a conference and had about an hour to kill before we went to a group dinner. So a friend and I went over for a cigar and a beer. They had a pretty big humidor with many choices at a variety of price points. I chose a shorter cigar. I usually try and see how long I can get the ash to go, but being in work attire, I couldn't risk a cigar malfunction. This had the potential to go beyond an inch of ash, though! They cut and lit the cigar for you, which took some of the gratification of lighting the cigar away from me (I love playing with lighters, ever since I was a kid). They had nice leather chairs next to tables with ash trays and coasters. It was quite spacious inside too. The beer fridge had a lot of choices, including my favorite beer of all time, Weihenstephan which they poured into a glass meticulously. Then it was just puff, sip, repeat for a while. The owner was super could and you can tell he enjoyed what he's doing. There's nothing like the smell when you walk into cigar bar! Excellent way to kill an hour or so.

1st time at this establishment. Very elegant, huge selection and Gary was able to help me find a great cigar and paired it well with nice beer. This place is cozy, upscale and very relaxing. Can’t wait to visit again.

I’ve been to cigar lounges all over the country and this one needs a reality check.Good selection, but over priced.Guys who run it are uptight. Lots of rules.I get they are trying to keep out a bad element, but you’re almost worried to drop an ash.One dude has an open carry sidearm…really? I love the second amendment, but the open show of force is s bit much. Conceal your gun. Not a bad area.No screens. Patrons would like to enjoy big games. One or two muted screens won’t kill the ambiance.Play jazz over speakers, so bring some airbuds. No liquor. Beer and wine only.No food.Ventilation pretty good.Sometimes you try to be so upscale you kill the fun of going to a lounge.Ultimately, it’s their place so they can do what they want, but I’ve never felt this uneasy in a cigar lounge before.

My husband and I decided to go here as an after dinner stop for a glass of wine and a cigar. The place had just been recently renovated and the decor was chic & eclectic. It has a cozy atmosphere and the ventilation was great for a cigar lounge (upscale cigar lounge.) They had a great selection of cigars and were very tentative to your needs. We had a great conversation with the owner and would definitely recommend this place.

Great cigar lunch. The gentlemen that helped us was knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent selection of cigars. Very comfortable couches and chairs. Seem to have wine, beer, and good selection of other drink options. Worth a visit.

Very nice atmosphere, great selection, guy running the store was not a great host. Very pretentious and rude. I walked down King Street and had a great experience at another shop. Edit: if Dylan is working it’s 5 stars, good guy, very knowledgeable and great conversation.

I’ll start by saying something nice: they do have a great selection of premium cigars. They are also in a nice location on Kings Street. The arrogance in all of their policies is something I have never experienced in even actual high end cigar lounges. Really, I have to take my hat off if a sit in the lounge? I can’t lay my jacket over the arm of the chair next to me? It has to be hung.My wife and sister in law stop in for one minute and they are immediately pounced on that they will have to buy a drink to stay in the lounge. The lounge was 80% empty. Good thing they let me know that I can take my $50 cigar into the street if I want to leave with them. They’re just jerks at this place. The space itself is nothing special, even though they act like it’s Buckingham Palace.Oh, and they GOUGE you with their prices. Everything is marked up 75-100% of what it is at other cigar lounges in South Carolina. Why would anyone can back here is beyond me.
