I managed to break the frame of my rx sunglasses from an online retailer which fortunately was covered under warranty. They asked if I wanted to ship them the lenses for insertion in the new frame or to simply send me the new frame to do this myself, and I foolishly chose the latter. Several weeks later I found myself outside LensCrafters and figured I'd ask them to help. It took a while (which made me feel a bit better), but they got it done, and when I asked, was told there was no charge! Great customer service and the next time I need new glasses you can bet I'll head here first!

Good staff. Helpful staff. Justin at the store said give the lady with the nice locs a ten so I'm doing so because she was helpful and knowledgeable.

Edit: recently went to the new location and terrible customer service. I have a fairly new prescription and have issues with my contacts but they refused to do anything since I ordered my extra contacts online. What a joke. Will not be returning.Amazing!!! Dr. Bedell was so kind and loved his bubbly personality! He recommended new contacts for me and I couldn’t be happier.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Arafat was friendly, thorough, and quick; it's rare to get all three of those. Mariela was very helpful in helping me find frames in my price range, and getting my order processed efficiently.

I would give zero stars if they had the option. I spent almost 2 hours at this store picking out glasses with sales associate and then getting measured and fitted for the glasses/lenses. Sales associate stated all the information would be in my chart/account when i was ready to make the purchase later that month. So when I go to account to purchase the glasses, there is no information from my visit in their system. Called the store and they have zero information from the visit. Asked for managers name, so i can speak to her when I go back to the store and they did not want to give me the name. So I do not reccommend this store, I actually advise against going there. It was a complete waste of time and absolutely no one cared to make anything right when calling to figure out what had happened.Also forgot to mention that the day of my appt, the office called stating the dr was having car problems and they may have to r/s my appt and that they would keep in touch. They later called and confirmed appt and time. At the appt, the dr kept apologizing saying that he was filling in and he was not familiar with the computer. So overall experience was just not good. Very disappointed and now questioning if my rx will even be correct?

Went for my annual exam last week. I would give it 1 star but did enjoy the rapport with Dr. Arafat.The number of texts they send before your appointment is obnoxious, especially since some of them threaten a $50 no show fee if you miss your appointment. I got 6 texts in 24 hours. Ridiculous.More troubling, and why I won't return to Lenscrafters, is that this specific group forces you to do retinal imaging at $39, even if your insurance doesn't pay for it. I told them I want to decline the procedure, and was told as of January 1 23, the overlying medical group that owns the practice will not let you be seen without doing retinal imaging. Had I walked out of the appointment, they would've charged me $50 for cancelling the appointment.They literally blackmail you into doing a medical procedure that can't be medically justified. There's a reason insurance doesn't blanketly pay across the board for retinal imaging. I asked the lady in the 'triage' area what the medical justification was for an <40 yr-old male with no previous injuries, diabetes, or disease to need retinal imaging and the only justification was 'because our medical group requires it.'Whether it's legal or not to force medical procedures that aren't medically justified just to charge patients more $$ isn't my expertise, but morally, it shows you what type of practice they are.Their contacts are also about $50/more box than you can find online.Will not be returning.

I had eye exams for the past 20 yrs and the eye exam with Dr. Arafat was the most comprehensive exam I’ve ever had. He explained every detail and results and I have a better understanding of my current eye health. Coming back next year for my eye exam with Dr Arafat. Thank you
