The units were on sale when I got my space which was a bonus. The units a very clean as is the entire place. The staff was friendly and explained how ever Works. Definitely feel safe with the security they have. I would definitely recommend this place.

We have two units in this facility and most of the time, there is an issue with something. Either one or both elevators are not functioning or the large sliding doors are not working. I tried calling the number to report the problem with the doors, was put on hold for over five minutes and no one got back to me. We were there for over two hours and the doors still were not working when we left.

Had been a good experience but last week I went to clean out my unit and the elevators weren’t working. Went back this week and the front gate wouldn’t open despite my access code being correct and accepted. Not sure what’s going on here but it’s incredibly frustrating that I can’t even access my unit or speak with someone when there’s a problem.

Clean spaces, friendly staff. Falls down when it comes to maintaining the elevators. For someone renting space on the 3rd floor it was impossible to empty my storage unit so I had to pay for an additional month, which I didn't need. So not happy.

Overall great experience! I wanted to start off by saying the customer service at this storage facility is awesome! Travis made my experience in helping me get a storage unit very easy and stress-free. He was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and had such a positive attitude. I was also very impressed with how well kept the facility was. It has a variety of units for reasonable prices, which makes this place well worth the drive from home where similar places are much closer to me.

I called to cancel bc I don't need the storage anymore and Travis was so kind and helpful. Past experience with other places I have had issues when trying to cancel. I was impressed with Travis.

After our experience, we do not recommend this company. Their elevators broke the day we needed to move out, and we were told we’d have to use the stairs. We waited a week or so for the elevators to be fixed but had to continue moving out using the stairs or be charged for another month. When I inquired about the elevator repair I was told that if I didn’t like it I could move out…which is what I was there doing. Some of our things weighed 500 lbs. Management was no help and made no consideration for us. They wouldn’t even give us the number for the corporate office. We will never use Life Storage again.

We have had a unit for over a year now and several times the elevator has not worked. It currently is out of service and I was told it’s not part of our contract so if I needed something moved that I couldn’t move myself down the stairs I could hire a moving company. I would think the stairs are for emergency not for everyday use for moving furniture or other items to your storage unit. I was also told this is why people pay more for the first floor units. What if this was not an option at the time we got our unit? This is such an inconvenience on two levels, one I shouldn’t have to spend additional money for someone to come move my heavy or bulky item(s) and two if you offer a service it should be available for a customer to use. If there is a service issue, it should be resolved quickly or a resolution date should be able to be provided to the customer so they can make future plans. The elevator has been out since at least this past weekend and when I called to see if it was working today, 5 days later, I was told in a not so professional manner that it was not and that they did not know when it would be working. Huge inconvenience!!!
