Staff completely unprofessional. Initial appointment scheduled for September 18, 2023 but they claim they were overbooked so I was moved to October. Dropped car off Tuesday October 10, called for update on Thursday to find out my parts hadn't been ordered. This was just a bumper. They did not begin work on my car until the following Monday October 16! The car was not completed until October 23! 2 weeks for a bumper! They claim customer service and communication is their top priority but it isn't. Corporate office also does not respond. If you'd like your car completed in a timely fashion don't stop here. I will never patronize their business again.Service: Body & Trim

The best experience EVER! My door handle came right off my car and I ordered one from Amazon that needed to be painted. Adam gave me the estimate (which was very elevated) and then told me to go to Toyota directly because I could buy one already painted (my weird black color) and come back and he would install it. I went right over to Toyota and low and behold they had one in stock. I went back and sure enough Adam himself installed it!!!!!! He couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. Everyone I came into contact there was so friendly!

The only reason why this place is even getting 1 STAR is because GOOGLE won’t allow me to give them less. First let me say that the receptionist, Melissa, was fantastic. She was very kind and professional. Unfortunately, she works for a bunch of incompetent people. My car was in a very minor front end collision on April 4th of 2023. After calling around to local shops I was recommended to this place via my insurance. I should have read ALL the reviews from the last 6 months before I dropped my car off with them, but I was in a bind and needed my car fixed as soon as possible. I dropped my car off the same day it was in the accident and I just got it back today, MAY 3rd! They had my car for an entire month, and after my rental car was dropped off they had the nerve to tell me that my car was “still not ready” and that I wasn’t going to be able to leave with it. Mind you, this is AFTER the GM, Rafael, called me on Monday morning to tell me that my car would “definitely be finished on Tuesday” and I could pick it up. Well, I was at work for 2 days, and got there first thing on Wednesday morning and not only was my car absolutely filthy, it was still “not ready”. If my car was truly going to be ready, don’t you think the place should have detailed it and had gotten it ready for me to pick up? I don’t know where the disconnect was, but Crash Champions is not a place I would recommend, EVER. I have never been so disgusted with a place that has had one of my cars in their shop. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE EVER! IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND SANITY, DO NOT USE CRASH CHAMPIONS! Read the reviews before mine, and you will see this place is not professional at all. They never had anything in writing, they don’t give estimates, there is literally NO CUSTOMER SERVICE from the GM, or his parts manager, and ZERO (and i mean ZERO) communication from them, unless you reach out first. I have them red-flagged with my insurance, and had to involve the local sheriff’s dept. to finally get my vehicle released to me. This establishment is an absolute nightmare to try and work with. I have attached pictures so everybody can see how absolutely filthy they left my car. For reference this shop was located in HOBE SOUND, FL. DO NOT USE!

I got rear ended last Summer. My entire bumper and trunk door needed to be replaced. It took nearly three months to get my car back. Zero communication. They never called me the entire time. Every time I called them they were clueless and asked to call me back and then never did. Upon finally receiving my car back I was advised it’s still missing parts. They never called me to tell me if/when they came in so I had to call back. They advised the parts were in but I had to wait another month to have them installed. Then conveniently never scheduled the appointment. Made it through the winter/spring only to realize that my trunk door has been filling completely with water. This is a 2021 vehicle. It’s not old, nor should it have enough wear and tear for this to be happening and seems directly related to the piss poor repair that was done.

We found Crash Champions after my husband had been backed into. They had done wonderful work and were very attentive and responsive. Apparently this is unfortunately no longer the case. Because of their great job with my husbands car, I decided to come back for the damage done to my car. Crash Champions is no where near where I live but I thought the service was worth the drive. I made an appointment and brought my car in to be looked at. The gentlemen, Ian, was very nice and told us everything that would need to be done. He informed me he’d try to get my estimate to me by the end of the day but no later than the following day. It’s been over a week and I’ve heard nothing. I called a few days after my appointment to follow up and was told “he’s working on it and should have it to you today”. I called once again one week after the appointment and was then told “Ian is with someone right now but he will give you a call after to go over your estimate”. Again, that was now days ago. This place could obviously care less about you if you’re not going through insurance. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated in the time that has now been completely wasted. Only glad for this poor service because it brought me to the amazing service at Allyz Auto.

Looks like they changed names or sold because they are so bad. Nothing but liars at Louis and Sons. Which is sad because they used to be one of the best body shops in town. Took my girlfriends truck in for repairs after someone hit it. They had fix my new Jeep a few years earlier. And did a great job. So I thought it would be the best place to go.However it is no longer the same place. They Kept pushing out the repair dates, lying about when it would be done, lied that they would call me time and time again. Said they had adjusted the headlight, but of course didn't. Then they were irritated I had to bring it back because I didn't like my headlight pointing up at the sky. Just one thing after another. And their attitudes were terrible. No need to get into details just go someplace else.If these are truly new owners I wish them the best but they've got some reputation repair to do. James Island is a small community and word gets around quickly.

100% negative. Work done by Louis and Sons over years. Always satisfied. Mistakenly made appt with Vince forepart of 9/22 for services 10/31/22. Arrived 8:00AM only to find appt cancelled. 1 1/2 months waiting. Apparently Vince ignored my business card furnished at time of appt and was calling 20 year old number possibly from State Farm Records. Informed State Farm of Negative. This is definitely NOT Louis and Sons.

Thank you Crash Champions for getting my car back to perfection! Especially thank you to Vincent for getting it done a little sooner when he heard my rental car was going to run out! They also kept great communication through the entire process. I definitely would recommend their services!

If I could give my experience a zero I would. I researched local body shops and found this company with raving reviews, except for several negative comments regarding the same issue and same person. The persons name was Jay. I believe him to be a manager. I had a appointment to get an estimate on damages from a hit and run I was involved in. No greeting or welcome, just who’s your insurance company. I gave him the name of mine and the liable company. My attorney had asked me to get an estimate for damages so he could arrange for repairs. I also had the option to use my insurance company and pay the deductible and get repairs and collect later from the liable company. I explained this to Jay expecting a helpful courteous response as others had experienced to no avail. I have never encountered someone as rude, demeaning, and narcissistic as Jay. I am a 61 year old woman. He was so disrespectful. He refused to give me an estimate. He stated they only do business with insurance companies where an estimate has been conducted by such. He was apparently put off by my questions such as what if I was to be paying cash as would have been the case if I went the attorney route. His response flat NO. WE DON’T DEAL IN CASH. I Asked what if I go with my company and pay the deductible can you then give me an estimated. He said FLAT NO even though he had already said they only deal with such. Everything out of his mouth was negative, his demeanor and stance was meant to be hostile. I finally said in a endearing way ….wow you are a basket of joy today. No good news. His response was you can go somewhere else with your business. You are rude and can leave. WOW. WOW. I was never rude or disrespectful. I couldn’t understand a company who refused to take my hard earned money. Crash Champions needs to take a look at the people representing them. Your only good as your customer’s satisfaction. In time the tainting of such will bring you down!!

Spence/Vince was professional and courteous. He explained the process clearly in a detailed fashion. He set me up with a very affordable car rental company. My was total was less then the estimated amount and my car was ready ahead of time. I was extremely pleased and would recommend him and this company to my best friends!Services: Body & Trim

Went to get an estimate and the guy was really rude. I told him that I didn't want to go through insurance before scheduling the estimate and while I was there and then he still pressured me to go through insurance. When I told him I wouldn't, he gave me an estimate that was 50% more expensive than other places I had got an estimate. He looked at my car for less than two minutes. When I told him that the estimate seemed really different than other places, he suggested I go to other places because they would be more reasonably priced. Can't comment on their actual body work abilities but definitely not the place to go if you want a fair price.

I would very much recommend anyone needing car body repair/paint to Louis and Sons. They recently worked on my passenger front quarter panel of my 4-runner. Perfect paint match for a 2006 car. Also in past, they worked on my Miata. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Everyone there is very nice. Highly recommend, and Vince was great although everyone there was super helpful.Service: Body & Trim
