I am giving no stars to MAC. I love some of their products and asked my daughter for a MAC gift card for Mother's Day. WHAT A MISTAKE. I received the card and was excited about the 150.00 value. UNTIL I couldn't use it - I called five different departments and no one could help me OR explain why the gift card had a value of ZERO! AFTER my daughters credit card was charged the 150.00. I WILL NEVER use their products again - after spending an hour and a half on the phone with no result other than to get my daughter to dispute the charge on her credit card! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!I only selected one star because it wouldn't post without it!

I came in close to closing &I was rushing too. I really needed to restock foundation. The ladies were so nice &so helpful &even let me know about the new MAC section closer to me in Summerville.

Great store. I would have to say I like it better than Ulta believe it or not simply because they have mode accessories and other offerings. The staff was very knowledgeable and really smart regarding the products.

No fun having to wait over an hour for a scheduled appointment. That is not respecting the customers time especially when I am paying for the session in required merchandise purchase.

It took me an hour and 15 minutes just to get my eyebrows Fill in!!! I wanted to get up and leave so bad but they had already started and she kept stopping and serving other people customer service here is really bad but the work is good
