Great Staff! I spoke with a lady and a man who were both very professional and polite. I wish I got their names so I could shout them out in my review. They both helped me get my passport application completed and sent.

They are rude; (they told me they didn't understand me, perhaps because of my slightly Latin American accent?); and then they ignored me, while they joked amongst themselves, until I called on them five times to help me. Avoid these unpleasant employees and go to the post office downtown.

I really don't think the other reviews are being fair... I just had my passport appointment, and the lady who helped me was very professional, helpful and also friendly to me and other patrons too. I had forgotten to bring a check, and she pointed me to a few different places where I could get a cashier's check. Then, she waited for me and even helped me fill out the check with the correct info once I got it. Also, in response to that other review, describing any woman who you don't know as 'large' is not polite.
