Terrible service. Book appointment online website confirms appointment. Walk in at time of appointment and I am told sorry I'm not in the system. Wasted my whole day expecting to get a massage at this location when I could have went somewhere else.

Wish google would allow me to leave ZERO stars. Really unfortunate for a facility built around 'self-care' to cause such a poor experience. Literally had a massage therapist FALL ASLEEP SNORING during a massage. Only seemed interested in scheming you into some locked contract with such limited availability it wasn't worth paying a monthly fee to never get into schedule a massage. Do NOT sign up for a membership at this location!

Absolute joke of an establishment. Had a massage scheduled for 2pm on Saturday and I got a call at 1:30 pm saying the masseuse could no longer make it due to a medical emergency (I was already in route to the location). I was able to reschedule for the next day at 11am. I woke up on Sunday morning feeling covid symptoms and called the location as soon as they opened at 10am to reschedule. I was told I would still be charged a cancellation fee for such short notice & that the fee could not be waived despite me being cancelled on with much shorter notice only a day prior. Manager even suggested I still attend the appointment despite my Covid suspicions. This company does not care about their customers or their employees. Do not recommend.

GO TO MT PLEASANT. DO NOT USE WEST ASHLEY!I have been a long time Massage Envy Customer, possibly more than 10 years at this point. Since Covid, I have not been able to schedule my appointments regularly, as there are not enough therapists to book appointments for MONTHS out at a time. I find it unfair that you are charging people full price, when we can't even get an appointment for months out, but still charging full price, and I'm not able to book appointments other than a month out. How is that fair for you to charge me monthly, but I can't book more than a month out, but no appointments are available for the month or the next month? Then in order to freeze the account, you are STILL charging me $20 a month, when I have 7 sessions, yes 7 appointments built up. This is robbery and not good business. This is absolutely not a way to run a business. I would like a refund of all 7 prepayments and for my account to be cancelled. I no longer want to be a part of a business that won't work with their customers for sessions and who knowingly allows monthly billings to occur KNOWING that we can't book appointments for MONTHS at a time. This is absurd. Massage Envy needs to problem solve this situation for this specific store to assist their customers with better plans since we are not able to get appointments monthly, which is WHAT I PAID FOR. I am not paying for anymore appointments, when I'm not able to book them monthly. I believe this could be a legal action lawsuit with many of your customers, as you are collecting money and not able to provide service.I understand the one in Savannah has already closed down with some research I have already done.

Super disappointed with this business, joined the membership program and could never get an appointment due to lack of available appointments. Then you are bound to a 12 month agreement so I built up a ton of credits that I couldn’t use. Ended up having to go to the Mount Pleasant location to use as many as possible once I was finally able to cancel. Tried to transfer one of my remaining credits to a friend and was told that’s not possible since I’ve now cancelled my membership. This is such a scam to have been bound to a 12 month agreement when they are booked out for months. I also felt like I was being talked down to by the staff whenever I called to try to resolve these issues. Thought this would have been a nice way to relax and unwind as a physician working during the pandemic, all it did was create more stress. I already contacted better business bureau.

Shout out to masseuse Alicia (not sure if spelling or pronunciation is correct)at Massage Envy in Charleston. I went in feeling sore in some areas and left feeling physically amazing. Her technique is outstanding.

While the massages may be great, trying to book an appointment is literally impossible. They have no problem taking money out of my checking account every month, but will not hold up their end of the contract! No availability for 3 months at a time...but you charge monthly? When we decided to end our contract (purchased in decenber and have been able to use it twice due to YOUR UNDERSTAFFING) as they aren't capable of fulfilling their agreement we were told we aren't able to do that. But no other option or remedy was offered.After weeks of back and forth with the manager and owner, we have stopped payment with our bank and will escalate further if we have to.The subscription was purchased as a gift for my husband who is a trauma nurse in one of the local Emergency departments. We will be going elsewhere and discouraging anyone from using massage envy again.You're stealing from your customers.

As usual, Jenny provided me with an excellent massage. She always attempts to discover your needs and if she finds an area that requires more attention she suggests you allow her to devote more time there. I always leave refreshed and very thankful that my wife referred me to Jenny.

Good luck getting an appointment. They don't hesitate to take your money but when you try to make an appointment there is no availability. Regardless of how far out.

Sheila is awesome! I’ve had many massages in my lifetime and I’ve never had the kind of massage that she gives! It is like she can see through my skin and see exactly where my problems are! She has a gift! Everyone at Massage envy is always very friendly and professional!
