Purchasing a mattress is a daunting task and why I waited so long to even go and look! If I had known then what I know now, I would never have waited!!! To be greeted with a smile which happen to be on both Jovan and Ryan’s faces and to feel as if I could take my time was what ALL customers want!!!! They were up and ready to show me around giving me many options to choose from. I felt ZERO pressure to make a purchase and what I was shown was what was in my budget. I immediately knew that they wanted the very best for me and knew how important this decision was. They listened and understood and not only did I make a purchase I love, but plan on more future purchases!!! Thank you for having them as part of the Mattress Firm team!!! Very pleased with our mattress, the prices and the service! David was knowledgeable and professional. He knew when to offer insight, and when to give us some space to try out a bunch of different beds on our own and discuss as a family. Awesome selection, and quick/affordable delivery options. A+ experience all around!

A special thanks to Gregory he worked with me for several months helping me pick a mattress I could come home too I am elderly and have surgery coming up he was patient and knew his customers needs his knowledge of the mattress was excellent I would also give Jovan a compliment he spent a lot of time helping me get on to the mattress and explain ing the situation so each one pertain to my special needs Ryan was so kind and knowledgeable helping with all of my inquiries I would recommend anyone of these gentlemen to assist with a mattress purchase Thanks to everyone Maye your blessings be many

I went in knowing pretty much what I wanted. The salesman showed a couple of possible selections to me. He was very professional and helpful in making my final decision. The item was on sale and delivery will be free. I also have 120 days to make sure I’m happy with my purchase. Can’t beat that! Thanks Greg and Mattress Firm!
