He suggested I try different chairs to make sure the fit was right. He was very patient and professional leading us to purchase the chair that day. During the 8 week wait (I needed specific options so it had to be ordered) Robert kept in contact with me about the time frame of delivery. Delivery went smoothly and Robert called after the delivery to make sure we were happy with everything.He even offered to come to the house if I had any concerns on how to operate the chair.
