We went to Metro on Wednesday to look at and price iPhones. Was greeted by Develle (460 1/2 Meeting St, Charleston, SC 29403) who was very polite and knowledgeable about the phones I was interested in. On Thursday we went back because of all the information given about the iPhones. I upgraded from a Android Samsung Galaxy A02s to an iPhone11 ? Develle gave detailed instructions to how to transfer my google info to my iPhone/iCloud. I am highly satisfied with my purchase.

This was the worst MetroPCS store I ever visited he did not show us any acknowledgement he did not take the time out to talk to us to find out what it is that we wanted so when you did xs how could he help us he walked off and went back and talked money I have never ever been so appalled with MetroPCS I'm thinking about leaving and going to another another phone company

Avoid this place - my t-mobile line stopped working, I went there today. They gave me a phone number to call customer service. I asked the agent to call from their phone (since my line wasnt working) and he said their phone line hadn’t been working all day. If you run a telecommunications business and cannot even reach your own customer service center, that should tell you enough… No further comments.

I Love MetroPCS services. However, the store that's located at 460 1/2 meeting street the service sucks. I am out here with a long line of people waiting to be served, this is the 4th time this has happened......there is a note on the door stating that they will be back after lunch. There is no way lunch is 2 hours long!!!! Frustrated customer.

Had a fantastic time there! The lady who was working last night got us a new plan and a new phone that was leagues cheaper than our old one. She cleared up confused qnd really knew her stuff. Over all 10/10 customer service/satisfaction

I cannot believe how this “manager” treats people. She accused me of over charging my sister! When her bill clearly states how much she should pay every month. She did this over the phone to me. This is “manager” is a waste of employment. I am the one who pays HER bill, if I am going to be charged because she turns her phone in i deserve to know how exactly that will be handled And I hope they send her off cause one can only imagine the person she is to other people. Oh and curiosity to my sister’s picture her name is Breanna.

I've been a customer of Metro PCS for a few years off and on and I usually have good service at a low rate..they used to have a store in Mount Pleasant that was convenient and efficient. Since its closing i've been using the downtown Charleston store on Meeting street. Today they were supposed to be open until 6 o clock however when I showed up at 4 the door was locked. I didn't see anyone inside and I knocked for a few seconds with no response. Just disappointed they are letting customers wonder what's going on..can't go to their sister company T-Mobile either...they wont assist Metro customers. Not very professional. I expected more from this company.
