BEST TMOBILE STORE IN CHARLESTON. Everyone on the team is super helpful and friendly. Even when I had complicated problems with my device they took the time to resolve it. The manager is doing a great job leading his team. Would definitely recommend going to this location!

CJ went above and beyond expectations. I have worked in hospitality my entire life and he has risen the bar. I have never felt as appreciated to be a customer as he made me feel. To say he went out of the way for me would be an understatement. Do not waste your time like I did at other cell phone stores. The staff here were the most professional, helpful and inviting I found in the entire city! I cannot give enough praise and express how enjoyable of an experience I had. Many thanks!

After spending too much time trying to move my account from Verizon on my own, I went to the store and had Queen make everything right. Despite my tech challenges, forgotten passwords, and which of the 4 devices I was moving was the main account -she patiently got it all done in record speed. She was so calm, patient and never lost her sense of humor. She even coached her co- worker who was having challenges on another account. Queen made me a TMobile fan!

CJ has the best customer service I have ever seen!!! I have been helped by him on 3 different occasions now and he has been amazing every time. The store is spotless, you can tell he takes covid precautions very seriously. There was a customer in front of me the last time I came in, who there was an obvious language barrier with, and even once I had come in, CJ took the time to translate on his own, and with a translator app, until she was totally satisfied, which really warmed my heart as well.

I needed help getting off an account which seemed impossible at the moment then he found a way for me to get my own account and a new phone all in a perfect 25 min!!!! Dude was the best help I've had in a year. Since I started going to this office he always does whatever he can to help no matter what! Thank you C.J. you seriously made my day!
