I had a dot physical, today was the last day I could get it, the lady at minute clinic said... Oh it takes to long and tried to refer me to another clinic but she didn't know that only through the job I have to pick a place that the job has for me. Soo frustrating I don't recommend a stray dog goes there. To lazy for a 45min dot do your job.. smdh

Terrible scheduling experience. Can't walk in, but I can't see the schedule for more than 2 days in advance so there's no way to select an appointment at my preferred location.

Not sure if Ashley still works there (she should’ve been fired long ago according to these reviews) but I had her a couple months ago when I was a freshmen dealing with horrible throat pain. Belittled me for how I felt and made me feel like I was being over dramatic with my pain. I cried in the waiting room while waiting for my test results because of her attitude and how awful she made me feel. After this visit, I told myself I would never use a CVS minute clinic again because of Ashley. She should not be working on a college campus at all and definitely gave off ‘mean girl in high school’ vibes.

I don't really want to trust the low review at first, but it seems it is there for a purpose. I have no idea that i am not qualified for Covid treatment. However, why did you tell me after i arrive based on the same information i entered in your system beforehand? It is wasting my time and my parking fees. BUT, what turned me off is the nurse/doctor’s behavior. She is kind of rude.

I was very unhappy with my care here a few days ago. The doctor I saw (Ashley Rode) was rude and seems frustrated with my presence. She cut me off every time I spoke. I felt like she didn’t even hear my symptoms because every time I tried to explain to her what was going on she interrupted me. She became obviously frustrated when I said I think I may have the flu because those symptoms are similar to covid and I should have made a covid appointment. I said I didn’t need to make a covid appointment because I took a covid test already and it was negative. Hence why I made the appointment to get flu and strep tested. She said that because she symptoms are similar she’d test me for covid anyway even though “we’re technically not supposed to do that.” After all of that my tests were negative so she said it was just allergies. Clearly she hasn’t listened to me when I said my symptoms were chills, body aches and a 102 fever!! You don’t get a fever from allergies. But she didn’t seem interested in helping me, it seemed she was more interested with sending me on my way. After I left I went straight to a walk in clinic and received MUCH better care.I have a feeling that because this minute clinic is on a college campus this doctor is used to dealing with college kids all the time and maybe she saw me as one? But I am 27 yo and took off work to go to the doctor and expected to be treated better than this.Oh - on top of that - they charged $120 for the rapid covid test that I didn’t ask for that you can buy on the shelves yourself for $25. How does that make sense?!Definitely will never come back here.

Abby did my physical this morning and I knew I had to come leave her a great review. She was kind, professional, and down to earth. I highly recommend coming to see her!

My daughter went there today for a very painful sore throat. Despite the horrible reviews, I told her to try it. They lived up to all of the bad reviews. She left there upset and crying. Was scolded and belittled for feeling sick. Was told they would not give her a mononucleosis test even though the telehealth doctor she saw earlier said that's what she needed. Waste of time. Go elsewhere.

Ashley was the worst nurse I have ever delt with in my entire life. Cried in the waiting room because she made me feel stupid for feeling sick. Told her I didn’t feel good and she backed her chair away from me like she was scared. As a 21 year old student it is hard enough to be sick and not in reach of your family. Someone FIRE HER. She does not belong at a campus CVS! Thought I was just anxious and came here and it seems like everyone agrees

THEY ARE SO INCREDIBLY RUDE. They have misdiagnosed me many times in the past and I refuse to go back there. The ‘RN’s’ are so rude and don’t care how sick you feel. Go to a real doctor. They say they are fully booked all the time when no one is there. I would give a zero if I could.

I was wary of going here because of the other reviews, but I needed to get checked. I was seen by Hannah and Abigail and they were very nice and knowledgeable, and when she told me they don't take my insurance, she was kind about it and recommended that I call my insurance company when I get home.

Ashley should be fired. Unhelpful and a waste of money.

Issues with a website update led to my appointment being on the schedule and issues with the computer system led to my not being able to even get what I came to the clinic for. The NP there was so apologetic and kind and got me set up at another location that was sure to have everything I needed, as soon as possible the next day. While this experience didn't get me everything I needed, and I would've preferred not to have to make a second trip, the service I received and the understanding from the clinic staff really helped this be a much better experience than it could've been.

Ashley was so rude and condescending. I definitely will not be going back here.
