“I was able to visit this place today during my trip to Charleston. Beautiful plants inside and the people were very friendly. They are very dog, friendly. My dogs enjoyed treats and rubs from the staff and other shoppers. I love the plants and I really enjoyed the Christmas shop too. Was able to get an orchid and several other plants for a very decent price. Even got one of the markdown plants for a great price. They have lots of things to go with your plants too If you need it. We’ll definitely go back to this place.”
“Yesterday we shopped at this location. My husband and I was very impressed! We were customers at lowe's for 18 years their customer service their has went down. We even got a home depot card. This will be our new go to store. We dealt with 3 employees, and they were all great. I special,Thank you to Gary in the flooring area!?”
“Your employee Bill was excellent help to us today! We bought a grill and propane tank. We had trouble getting the propane and Bill came out and helped us. We really appreciated his help and kind demeanor. Another employee, Walter, was rude and rolled his eyes when we told him we were having trouble. I would advise someone to remind him of decent customer communication.”

They were attentive, detailed and ensured it was completed exactly as I needed. The assistant manager was also amazing and made sure the employees will be recognized.”
