Worst Porsche dealership by far. Service is rude, incompetent, manipulative and liars. By the way check the pricing they charge you for parts because they mark them up above MSRP and then justify it by no one catching them until its too late. I for one am selling both of my Porsches that have a warranty remaining so I never have to deal with them again. Such an insult to a great brand to have such horrible people representing them. I wont buy another new Porsche until Baker no longer is the dealer.

Service department is an absolute joke. Rude, inefficient and way over charges their customers. I, for one will gladly utilize a dealer out of town than have to deal with these folks ever again.

I have purchased three cars from Baker's. Two were Jaguars and now the Porshe. I get it that you don't leave a review until an issue... Nice to meet you!Dealing with Baker's Automotive has been a nightmare and the message of the manager being away on a conference in Atlanta can't be excused enough. I can't bring myself to write 6 paragraphs about my unpleasant experience.

Amazing experience with this dealership. We've purchased two certified pre-owned Macans from Chris Morea and he was incredible to work with. Barrett Brown, the finance manager, was also wonderful. Recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a red carpet experience, knowledgable personnel, and transparency. We'll be back!

I have bought there several cars. I hear and read from people that they don't get treated like they deserve, prices are too high or service isn't good. Here is my experience, when I bought my first car there, it had an issue but wasn't the dealers fault. However, despite it was my first car, they did everything on my behalf to fix the problem and even got Porsche involved who reimbursed me for the waiting time. Which dealer or manufacturer will do that? Since than, I bought several cars and every time they strive to top their service from before. When I'm there I observed that every visitor get's treated with the same respect and curtesy without exceptions. My sales rep is Chris, a great guy who does not only know Porsche, he lives for it, he honestly will answer you all questions and won't push you for a sale which you might regret. He will do whatever he can to get you the right car to the right price. You might find a car sometimes cheaper in another part of the country but it isn't worth the trouble. There is more to car than just the price and I have never been disappointed with that. Attached a few cars I bought from Chris in the last years and I always was happy and didn't wake up with regrets on the next day.

An absolutely exceptional purchasing experience, from start to finish.From the moment we walked in the door, we were met with a bright smile and warm welcome from Justin (even though we were dressed as though we had just rolled out of bed!!). Initially we were on the fence as to what our next car would be and with this in mind, were expecting to receive the 'pushy sales approach'. We couldn't have been more wrong. I had the worst customer service experience when I visited today Friday Jan 27 at 4PM. My husband and I waited to 25 mins with no help. First the girl at the counter was on the phone for the first 5 mins but she apologized. She told me she was going to get a person to help. We waited for another 25 mins with no acknowledgement.It’s sad cause I wanted to the cayenne.The market is turning and not what it used to be 2 years ago, a legit sale is needed for any biz. If you are no focused on sales then it’s a shame for to hold this franchise that touts customer service capabilities

My wife and I (and our dog) were traveling on I95 on a 7 hr trip in our Porsche Cayenne Diesel. We got an alert light and subsequent lose of power. We exited I95 and called the nearest dealer. I spoke with Jeff Shoebotham. He told us that it would be safe to travel to the dealership at gentle speeds. When we arrived, Jeff and his team immediately took our vehicle into the service bay to run diagnostics. Jeff told us if they need to keep the vehicle to get parts they could get us to a hotel etc. Thankfully, Jeff and his team were able to get us on a way in a short period of time. My wife and I were so thankful and relieved that Porsche of Charleston, and specifically Jeff S and his team were able to get us moving again. A pretty scary feeling to be on I95 traveling at 75ish and have a problem. Thank you Jeff and Porsche of Charleston! You folks are GREAT!!! Customer service was great! I feel they were willing to go above and beyond to help us!

Porsche Charleston is a first class operation. I worked with Justin Clark exclusively. Justin has his client's best interest at heart and wants to get them into the right vehicle, not just any vehicle. He has expert knowledge of the brand and product line. Completely low-pressure and trustworthy sales experience. I will be recommending Justing to anyone in the market.

So glad I didn’t buy my new 2022 Macan GTS here. I knew I was prejudged the minute I walked in. I went here to ask a question about some of the features on mine and the salesman that helped me randomly asked me what I did for a living and just other weird questions. Mind you this had nothing to do with what I was asking. I’m a black female and was very casually dressed. This encounter confirmed my thoughts of Charleston and the reason why I would never buy a luxury car here!! I was unfortunately born and raised here. This is an extremely racist town, and every single encounter I have with these type of people is a reason why I will never live here ever again.BTW..if you’re ever in Atlanta I highly recommend Porsche Perimeter Atlanta. My salesman Jason and the Finance manager were AMAZING!!

Just received my new Porsche Macan S - bought from Chris Morea at Porsche Charleston. This is the third car we have purchased from him and if you’re in the market for a car, I highly recommend him. I live in Atlanta and dealing/purchasing from him out of state was a breeze. He was so helpful and always gave me up to date info starting from the build in Germany to arrival here in Atlanta. He is so knowledgeable on these cars, he helped me (female) configure the car with excellent suggestions to give it the sporty look I wanted.He’s your guy - the best - if you’re in the market for a car. Love my new car!
