This is the worst publix location ever. The deli is always rude, slow and the online orders are never ready on time.

Disappointed when people who work at a facility ruin an experience. Publix had the baby formula I needed for grandchild, so I was relieved & pleased. While in the check out line, the cashier, Robin, was chatting friendly with the white customer in front of me. She wished her well as she left. When ringing my items, she didn’t greet me or extend a courtesy. She said what seemed like a forced “thank-you” when done bagging items. Then warmly greeted the next white customer behind me. I pay attention to & appreciate kindness. My white cashier, Robin, had none for me. Hope Robin is the only cashier like that at the downtown Publix location.

While I could never afford to live in the apartments above this store, the concept is just great. Can you image never having to stock a pile of food at home because all the food you could ever want was an elevator ride away? We love this Publix because you can park in the parking garage for free. I'm not sure why anyone wouldn't park in the garage, for these people complaining about trying to take their carts to their car parked far away. Unless you plan to shop for more than two hours there's an entire parking garage floor just for Publix. This is also a great feature if it's raining, you can park and then go to and from your car totally dry. If you have kids you can get a free cookie at the bakery for them (and sometimes they give you one as well). Publix subs are just the best, because the bread is fresh. We don't generally grocery shop at Publix because their prices are a bit on the higher side but you are paying for the well stocked shelves and very clean stores. But we often come here to get a sub sandwich and some potato wedges from the deli.

Just a typical trip to Publix. Who can complain about a clean, well stocked store and great customer service? Not me! They have us so spoiled and I love it!

I’ve only just browsed through for something to eat on the go, at 7am and the super nice lady from the sushi station whipped this gorgeous tray of spicy salmon and brown rice for me even though it was not officially open yet. I had forgotten how nice people are in the US. Thank you. ?

This place is really bright inside at night! I’m glad I didn’t need a cart…people had to drag them to their cars since they won’t let you leave the front of the building with them. What a pain. They are very expensive!

I grocery shop here every now and then. The parking is free the first 2 hours if you go in the garage. And usually a selection of seafood that the West Ashley location won't have.

Always love Publix, can walk to this location from several hotels nearby. They always have a great selection of products. Very clean and friendly.

Frequently out of shopping carts because the wheels lock before you can get to your car so plan on carrying your groceries. I was a regular customer until I was very rudely approached by a manager who accused me of stealing a cup of coffee which I was drinking while shopping in that store needless to say they lost a customer and the $700 a month I was spending there All the other employees are very respectful but I will gladly go a little bit out of my way to avoid giving anymore business to a store represented by a disrespectfulmanager

Don't get me wrong. I love Publix! I really do. I'm in the store near me almost every day. There's something appealing about being in the store. However...I've order a sandwich for pickup and delivery and I just say it's not the same as being in the store and ordering it. It was as if the sandwich wasn't made by Publix at all! The difference is in the amount of ingredients you get. Ordering you get the minimum, which is not good enough. If I ordered avocado I want avocado, not avocado spread. If that was a choice it should be listed as one. Let me choose between sliced and a spread. I shouldn't have to look for the cucumber...or the tomato. Just saying. I will stand in line and order my sandwich from now on so I won't be disappointed.

What a terrible awful mess this store has become in the last two years, succeeding managers have managed to abuse and lie to all the employees at the customers expense. Both Jerrod and Taneicha have been horrible, and department managers like Robbie are downright rude to customers. As a consistent customer who comes in frequently I've seen the morale issues the staff here are suffering from. And it unfortunately shows in the work they do. I want to be clear the employees are not to blame, management is. Consider this a buyer beware.

This store is generally great, but the deli dept. desperately needs some extra help. If you want a sub good luck!!

Very rude and unpleasant people behind the deli counter. They will do their best to ignore you, and if you force some interaction they still will not provide any service. Not sure why management allows it.
