I was anxious from the bad reviews but had a great experience today. The staff was super friendly and professional. Easy to schedule online and right on time. Give them a try and be a good patient. They know what they are doing. Also create an account so you can see your actual result when it's done.

Thieves. Check your insurance EOB before you pay the bill. They billed me $774.36 when the correct amount was $40.16. Took several phone calls. Resolution still pending.

Building has no power, can't honor scheduled appointments - do they say anything to those scheduled? Nope. Nor was there any hint of sympathy in the "get lost" received for the planning, taking time off work for the appointment, and travel thru horrible traffic.Every time I go in, they take me back to a separate area, "for privacy," and then yell out every detail of my private and medical info so loudly that the entire waiting area can hear it clearly. What's the point? Like, all details - step on the scale and everyone will know how much you weigh, in addition to your name, phone number, date of birth, and whatever insurance you're using, including your social. I am amazed at just how careless with personal info they are. I thought it was a fluke when it happened once (I was mad about it but didn't complain, one mistake is just one mistake) but now that it's been three years in a row facing the same, this isn't a fluke. I prefer to wait until I'm the only person in the building because they do it every time. It's hard to use a different provider becuase of how we do things or I'd have left a couple years ago.OH yeah, the best part. I received my lab results yesterday - October 16, 2023. The labs were done on January 18, 2023. ?Don't use this place unless you really have no choice.

I regret selecting this lab, which has the absolute worst patient service I've ever seen with any company. I had no problem scheduling my appointment, and the lady who did my draw was very nice. However, the problems started when I received an email saying my lab results were available in my online account. When I log into my account, the most recent results are from 13 years ago. When I call the number for the lab, there is no option to speak to a person. I've tried pressing buttons for all the options, and the option for assistance with test results yields a recording saying the number has been disconnected and is no longer in service. The option for patient support yields a message telling you to use the website. I reached out for support on the website and just received a bot response telling me how to set up an account online. I absolutely cannot believe that (1) this lab is not set up to send test results to doctors in the enormous MUSC network, and (2) that there is absolutely NO WAY TO REACH A HUMAN BEING. So I guess I'll have to take off of work and go stalk the waiting room to try and get some help. I feel sorry for the people who work in the actual lab, as they are no doubt on the receiving end of a lot of frustration from customers due to no fault of their own but the absolutely horrible company they work for.

I read some of the bad reviews and I was worried I was in for a hassle. But the opposite happened I checked it in my phone they said come on in and have a seat I sat and was taken in exactly at my appointment time actually a minute or two early The young lady was a lot of fun and she was so good with the needle I actually had to look and make sure it was in. The place was neat clean organized and I can't say enough good about my experience there.

I had to have lab work done. Went to have it done April 13th. Been waiting for results from my doctor. They were suppose to send everything to my physician. Spoke to my doctor the other day and they never sent results. Doctor can check with any questions diagnostic center and no record of my results anywhere. I’ve tried calling the center and can’t get through to anyone. Not even able to leave a message. Plus the woman who did my lab work, I should have went with my gut and followed up immediately because she was a scatter brain, somewhat rude and definitely didn’t have her head in the game. If at all possible don’t use this place!!

I did my lab test today.May 31, like 7-7:10 Just this morning. And the Nurse is So so unpleasant. (The tone of her voice, how she ask you to do something) to think she just STARTED her day) I feel so uncomfortable and uneasy. I believe that "a warm and sincere welcome gives a sense of caring (even a little bit of smile) If the manger/s can just see/aware of this they should be providing employees/nurses/phlebotomy technician with the proper "customer service training" on how they should deal with patients. Yah, really had the unpleasant experience with Quest Diagnostic

Made an appointment for wellness labs. Signed in with my QR code upon arrival. Short wait in my car. Was texted when they were ready. The tech was efficient, highly knowledgeable & very friendly. Painless stick. Highly recommend.Update: Received lab results much more quickly than I anticipated.

still have yet to receive my lab test since the beginning of October and it is almost the 1st of December. my doctor even keeps trying to call but seems as if they have lost my blood tests. i am so frustrated with this place

I have to say the the Quest diagnostics process is clunky, had apt but not info in their system resulted in 2 hours lost, trying to figure things out .. the silver lining was Nacuna! She was extremely helpful, patient with the system errors and worked tirelessly to assist me, had to leave it was taking so long, she provided her personal number so we could quickly communicate when system was being more responsive .. Quest corp will get a 1 star review but Nacuna gets 5 stars for her professionalism, determination , and willingness to trouble shoot the plethora of system issues preventing me from getting g the test I scheduled at 9:30 .. it is now 11:36 and she’s still working on this issue Nacuna needs a raise and a Pat on the back for a job well done

Terrible..only one tech there at 8:30am. 5 people waiting with appointments ahead of me. I was a walk in so I left at 9:05am because the board said I would get taken back at 9:27am and I had another appointment at MUSC at 9:45am. All the appointment patients were already behind due to only one person trying to take care of all the patients.

If I can give this company is zero I would I was racially profiled at the 19 I’m so I don’t even know the numbers 1941 Savage Rd. in Charleston, SC 29407 I came there at 8:55 AM on January 5 and it was only one guy in there and then me this lady I told her that I had an appointment but I what I did I logged in as a walk-in so I made a mistake this lady refused to assist me you guys need to find other people to work at your office other than Reese racial white people we are in a different year and date I will sue you
