In late November 2013 I brought in a vintage coat with fur collar to be cleaned and altered. The work was late and poorly done. Because I was on a travel deadline, I left Charleston with one missing button (which I pointed out to the sales associate). I said I would bring it back when I returned in January. However, while I was traveling, all the remaining buttons fell off. I decided not to return the coat for more of the same quality work. I called the manager to discuss this but have not, as of mid-January, gotten a call-back. Not the quality of care I expected!
