A southern woman's dream store. The ladies were so helpful and the selection was amazing. I found a couple of new designers and bought some dresses. This hidden gem is a must when shopping in Charleston.

Found out about this boutique through their insta accounts and had to come check it out!Came in to buy an item I had seen on their instagram account but the staff was not very friendly- making comments about customers while we shopped? Felt uncomfortable and left.Checked out their sister home goods store in same plaza and the staff could not have been more friendly & helpful- 5/5 stars! Would totally recommend checking out the sister home goods store for superior service and awesome local artwork :) .(Minus stars for customer service at clothing store)

The store couldn’t be more adorable but the people working are not the friendliest. The one young blonde was doing everything and was so nice. She really tried to help me. The rest were hanging in the back talking to each other and it was very busy. With more help, I would have bought a few things.

I took my daughter in to shop after having lunch next-door at Florences. I was excited to treat her to an upscale boutique, or at least I thought. We entered and were immediately greeted by a very nice woman who gave us wine and cookies. That's where the customer service ended. We wanted to try on shoes but had a really hard time finding a sales associate to help us although the store was completely empty.. Empty except for one person who was in the very back and all five sales associates were attending to this one person. We had to pull back the curtain and ask them to bring us certain shoes because they were in the back where they receive shipments the whole time. Our sales associate would bring us our shoes and set them on the bench and immediately leave and go back in the back again to attend to whoever was back there. My daughter decided to purchase a hat. We were ready to check out and again could not find anyone to help us. The woman who had given us the wine apologized profusely for having no one around and attending to us. She said and I quote "I'm doing my job I don't know why everyone else is not." I was embarrassed having brought my daughter there because I thought I was treating her to a nice upscale boutique. As we were leaving the woman that was in the back was leaving too. It looked to me as if she bought nothing. Shame on them for choosing one customer over another. I would have dumped a load of cash in there and now I will never go there again . Oh well!!

The store couldn’t be cuter, and the people couldn’t be less welcoming. This is one of my absolute favorite boutiques, but I can hardly bring myself to go in anymore. 9 times of 10, the staff is unwelcoming, completely distracted, or just plain rude.

Sally was So helpful and found the perfect dress for me, despite my having VERY specific requirements around style and price. They have unique clothing that I havent seen elsewhere, is not ridiculously priced and the service is truly what I like best- helpful, but not pushy. It was a delight to buy a dress there. I also stop in for birthday gifts and surcees often. Love Rhodes!

Lovely clothes, fun jewelry, books, funky socks and gift items. Buyer does a fabulous job choosing unique and beautiful items. Perfect spot to find a special gift. Very nice staff. Helpful and very pleasant service. Two doors down they have a home decor store with fabulous and unique items (Sferra and Matouk linens, beautiful bathroom accessories, etc). A must!
