Even though I didn't make a purchase and 3 minutes remaining until the store was to close when I arrived. The ladies went above and beyond to assist me. These days great customer service is so hard to find but they definitely do work here. Thanks ladies!!!!

I have been shopping this store for over 10 years. The service, selection and on hand stock was always great until now. I was in this past Thursday. The lady that waited on me was not helpful at all. Unlike the past staff she seemed disinterested in helping me get the shoes I wanted. I did try on one pair and she provided no assistance unlike the past help that sat on the shoe stool and put the shoes on and off my feet. She said it would take 2 weeks or more for her to order the shoes I wanted. I sat out in the parking lot and ordered them and they will be delivered Monday. Only 4 days. I purchased quite a few pairs of shoes there in the past but probably won't ever waste my time and go back. I am very disappointed because I like to patronize local businesses.
