  Was just told it would cost us $100 to park for just 3 hours. The cashier was extremely rude and hateful to the driver and acted as if he was a complete inconvenience!! Will never return to this place seems to be a trend with their cashiers. I'd avoid at all cost!!!

  I tried to get gas there today. One pump wouldn't take my card and never asked me for my pin. Second pump I went to asked my for my pin. After entering it, another COMPLETELY DIFFERENT screen displayed AGAIN asking for my pin. It did not say that I entered my pin incorrectly. It was very weird. I don't know about you, but I'm unnerved when I'm asked for my pin number or other sensitive information and I'm not expecting it. So, I went inside and asked the cashier about it, who blew me off after I said that I was worried about card-reading devices on the gas pumps that were potentially placed by people intending to commit fraud. Insane. EDIT: THERE WAS FRAUD ON MY CARD THREE WEEKS LATER!!!

  Service was substandard at best, the cash register attendant acted like it was a chore to get a pack of cigarettes and after I paid and said thank you have a good evening she turned away and went back to her phone conversation.
  I’m sorry to have interrupted her evening working for your company.
  Will never stop at this shell location again

  I don't know how you can have a gas station with truck diesel and parking and close the bathrooms, just lazy people, don't fuel here!

  Trucker side doors were locked the lady with red braids at cashier looked up at doors and looked back down. So I walked around to front and I asked her if those doors are locked 2 times before she was able to take her head out of her phone like I was interrupting her. She finally responded with attitude yeah. I responded ok just making sure I wasn’t mistaking. And she rolled her eyes at me and went back to scrolling on her phone. I asked if they had a restroom and she started looking for it and then said they closed and went back to her phone. I don’t know if I believe her or not but her customer service was not only rude but non existing. I was going to buy a bunch of stuff and stated I’m not buying anything now between attitude and no restrooms.

  They have truck parking. Its a pretty tight parking area but its in a good area with plenty of door dash options for a trucker..

  Even slower then usual. No idea why the owner won't install tendar like he did at the location just down the street so the clerk doesn't have to call the commercial card in.

  There are several gas stations on Clements Ferry but here's why I prefer Shell:
  Not only is the coffee ☕ always FRESH, but this location is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and never seem under so much pressure that they can't be nice. It's easy to see why everyone here is a "regular" including me.
  Also truckers should know that Shell allows 24hr FREE parking and the lot is HUGE! (See Pic) Food is available inside and just within walking distance are restaurants too.

  They display gas 10 cents per gallon cheaper than what it really is. In fine print, they call it their “club price”. Which is still 8 cents per gallon higher then the gas station down the road. They are deceiving and price gouging, for no reason.
