I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Signature Appliance Center. I have gotten a number of appliances there and trust their reliability. I spoke to Max and did not even have to go in to the store. I was able to get a new Bosch microwave that fits perfectly in the space of my old microwave.

Signature Appliance is the only place to get your appliances! They are the best choice you will make when buying appliances in the lowcountry. Their service and sales people are so easy to work with and will make sure your experience is flawless. Just go there and you will see what I’am telling you will be so true. I gave them 5 stars but would give them 5+

Signature Appliance Center is amazing. The level of customer service from there staff and installers was above my expectations. I will be a returning customer for all my appliance needs. Al was very professional and helpful sales rep. Gray made sure my experience from start to finish was 5 star service, he made me feel as I was his only customer and my needs mattered.

Signature Appliance Center sells all appliances for your own personal needs and will help to the best of their ability to find what exactly you are looking for. They are very professional about their business and handle any questions and concerns that you have as much as they can assist. I would recommend Signature Appliance Center to anyone looking for appliances.

We had a wonderful experience with Signature Appliances. I was looking to purchase a Wolf double oven. Unfortunately our cabinet opening was not large enough to accommodate the oven. All of the other Wolf dealers in the area told me they could not help us. I contacted Signature Appliances and spoke with Max. He was able to recommend someone who did a beautiful job modifying our cabinet and installing the Wolf ovens. I am very happy with the oven and the quality of the installation. Thank you so very much.

Unreliable, unprofessional and disorganized. IHired this company to move my appliances gave them exact mode numbers of each appliance. The guys come and explain they are not strong enough to move the appliance to my garage so they leave them in my living room and never return my calls. Save your self the headache and use someone else.

Five stars for buying local from company that had items in stock even paying more than big box stores, but one star for delivery issue. Martin S. the Installer, not an employee of signature kitchen, was not advised or prepared to haul away old appliances?? , Martin did take what he could assuring me that Al would have it picked up in the morning, however Martin or his helper also discarded some of his personal trash by hiding it in a box that I had on the front porch?? Balance of discarded items I hauled away after not hearing from Al. Sorry but I’m sure Jim Mc & Linda would not be pleased if he were still involved. Kids need to do better or will lose out on a good thing.

Our experience with Signature Appliance Center was fantastic. In these days of supply issues these folks made sure that we were kept informed about availability and delivery expectations. We were updated frequently and the products we received could not be better. We purchased a Wolf 8 burner stove, two Sub Zero refrigerator towers, one Sub Zero freezer tower, a free standing ice maker, a built in micro wave, and a Bosch dishwasher. All these products are as you would expect for this quality of product. Our kitchen is beautiful and Signature Appliance Center along with their sister company Signature Kitchens are responsible for our wonderful new kitchen. I recommend this company without hesitation. Just like others say they will take your money and will not deliver what you paid for.I bought 6 appliances including 2 subzeros and 4 Miele. 4 out of 6 were damaged! I am not joking. Some had shuttered glass, some had internal damage. Subzero ended up replacing its refrigerator unit because it was beyond repair. I handled it directly with the manufacturer after waiting for weeks for a promised response from Signature…The speed oven had internal glass shattered. I asked for a new unit last June as I said in the email that I don’t want to be paying for repairs down the line as I had no confidence nothing else was wrong with it. Sure enough the microwave function is not working now and they refuse any responsibility.I also had to pay different installers to reconnect improperly installed appliances by Signature Kitchens. I was promised that they will cover the cost but they conveniently ignored the invoice I paid and forwarded to them.It is a complete disaster with damaged brand new cabinets in the process and 100s of emails. Waste of time and money.They are a family owned business so they just cover for each other and no real accountability between the relatives.Since my fiasco I have spoken to a few good contractors in the area and was told that they avoided them for those reasons. I am surprised they are still in business!!

Jeff McLain served us well. He helped us pick out a reasonably priced refrigerator that met our needs - LGSX02306S. When it was delivered with a small dent, Jeff timely arranged for the door to be replaced when we were away. We were kept informed on a timely basis. We are very happy with our new refrigerator and would return to Signature for other appliances when needed.

Similar story as the other folks- they take your money and the service is horrible! I wish I had read these reviews prior. I had ordered my appliances roughly 4 months ago, and arranged for them to install. I was told “Let me know when cabinets are in. We will do an appliance layout where we check the electrical, plumbing and ducting locations.We will also check the cabinet openings. We will make a list of all issues and hand it to your contractor to make any corrections before the actual install date.”Our install date finally comes and they show up without the hood. There has been no communication, as the last piece of information I received, was the email above. My contractor had been told that he believed it was on a truck somewhere but could not get a definite answer. The installers were friendly, however complained extensively when advised they needed to take the trash. The hood was still not on site at this point. Roughly two weeks later, the hood has arrived and is scheduled for install. The guy shows up, he is not very friendly, however, I get that, he’s not there to be a friend. He walks into my kitchen and comes out 5 minutes later and says the hood won’t fit, my contractor messed it up, as they all do. At this point I am beyond frustrated, as he was speaking very Ill of my contractor, who has been nothing but patient with these folks. I expressed that he had no business speaking poorly about my contractor and it was extremely unprofessional. Furthermore, as stated above, there was supposed to be someone to assure that everything was ready. This step was apparently never done. My contractor was also never give the full install instructions, therefore was unable to cut the hood to the correct size.My contractor advised he would have it fixed within 30 minutes. (He was 15 minutes away and it would take 5-10 minutes to adjust the sticks). The installer assured me he would be back in an hour, as he had another job in the same neighborhood, but would he back. Here we are a week later and no one has been back to my house. My contractor has called numerous times, and gotten no definite response. In fact,one manager was like “isn’t it installed”, of which my contractor was like umm no, no one has showed up, despite many promises. After spending $30000 for appliances and then another $2300 for installation, you would think this company could get it correct.***update*** they finally showed up to install the hood, and They left all the trash in my garage… a giant mess. It’s obvious they have no respect for their customers… all they want in their money. Now I have to pay to have it cleaned up!

Stay away from Jeff, one of the owner's sons. He is a salesman and is a real nightmare of a salesman. ignores calls, messages, and even people. this is after having placed an order with him. Prices are so high for installation and forget if you want to do any work outdoor such as an outdoor kitchen. Without counting the appliances just the stucco along they want at least $600+ per linear foot. For the service they provide, is just not worth the aggravation. there are other companies that will do just a good of a job with out making a killing for their work.

So many reasons. Even if you're a very large customer do not expect to get service after the sale they seem to forget how much you spent and don't make much effort resolving the issue there are some larger chains that are in the area that will accommodate you
