I can't say enough about the fact that I can come to a stand alone skechers store. Being that I can take just as much credit for making skechers as famous as Howie Long it's my kind of store. They treat me as if they want me to keep coming back and that's exactly what I'm going to do. At moment I have several pairs and they've become my official shoes. If you're interested in skechers I'd recommend that you come to this store where they sell them exclusively.

Went to Skechers today to look at some works shoes for my demanding job . I was helped by Samantha , she showed me many options for comfort and even talked me into getting two pairs of shoes one for work and one that will help my feet outside of work as well . VERY good customer service. Thank you Samantha .

Found two pairs of sneakers for my grandson and a pair of slippers for me. Prices were decent if you can catch a sale. Selection varies widely and stock isn't always where you'd expect to find it. Would like to thank Emily for her extra attention and help!

Never wore a Skechers until about ywo weeks ago, i got a few pairs, some slide ons and some of line Street of shoes they have. They honestly look like Jordan 3s but theyre way comfier with walking and looks in mind. Its like walkin on a cloud. The Skecher Uno is what its called. Amazing shoe, for males and female. The entire upper is made of nubuck, pretty dope for the price, honestly. The store is big as heck and youll get lost checking stuff, you wont always see the most in demand size on the rack, BUT you can order stuff online at the register! (Keep your receipt just incase!??)thank you everyone(emily,gary,carole, and a few others i can not recall at the moment)at skechers for helping me find some nice clothing and new shoes. See yall again soon.

I met the most wonderful people today... in Sketchers at Tanger (Charleston, SC) of all places. And not only were they nice, they worked there! I'm always so shocked to find employees who actually care about us customers. You know how it is these days with employees roll their eyes as soon as you ask a question. Not here and not these people.Well, first of all ya'll know Sketchers. Fabulous shoes. Now you can get the ones that slip on and they are washable. I know, fabulous right? Anyway, go there and buy some kicks for yourself.When you do you'll be lucky to find Carol Ellis, Emily Mapes and Daniel Reddick. All three of these people went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for and save me time. Seriously, quality is alive and well with Carol, Emily and Daniel. As a Realtor® I deal with people all day long. They put a smile on my face today.Yo, Sketchers, give these folks a rai$e and a pat on the back. Happy customer here.

The customer service I received here was the absolute worst by far in any store in the Tanger outlet. While being checked out, the two staff members decided it was more of a priority to get their lunch order submitted on their phones halfway through checking me out. I had to stand and wait for them to finish deciding on their order before they completed my purchase on a single pair of shoes. Don't waste your time going here

Horrible customer service from African American young lady very petite I'm in a wheelchair I asked her for help and she turned around and told another young lady to assist me because "she don't do shoes" The other young lady helped me with no problem but for her to tell me "I don't do shoes" was rude and very unprofessional she made me feel uncomfortable.

Ive been having a lot of pain in my foot so I finally got some real Sketchers today. Go Walk. I m breaking them in now so the jury is still out but so far they are sooo much more comfortable than my old shoes

This is one of the best places to shop for shoesThey have shoes for all styles and all shapes. They are well known for the air cushion shoes, run and walk shoes. They have work shoes as well as casual flip flop styles. Friendly knowledgeable staff, well stocked shelves. I will visit again.

I went to the outlets this past Tuesday and the manager Samantha was extremely helpful. It took me a while to find the shoe I liked because the store itself seemed to be in disarray, but Samantha was eager to help, able to find the shoe, and was also very knowledgeable in other things I didn’t know I may have needed. Came for a pair a shoes and left with even more! And I love it all! Thanks so much for making what at first was not a great experience, into an awesome day!
