We just bought our first home and our loan officer was Doug Barnett. My fiance and I were worried that we wouldn't qualify for a mortgage but Doug made the process extremely easy and I can't thank him enough! Great if you are looking for a home loan. A friend referred me to Doug when my fiancé and I decided to look for our first home. Southern First Bank on Calhoun Street in Charleston is a great place for all of your banking needs. I have been impressed with how easy they made things here from simple transactions to more complex matters.
