I went to TD Bank to discuss an overdraft charge, when I was directed to speak with a Mr. Rainer the VP of the bank. I was highly disappointed that Mr. Rainer continue to tell me why I was charge the overdraft charge when I had clearly deposited substantial amount of funds into my account. It wasn't like this was a new place where I had deposited the money from but the same one that I have been deposited the funds from for over 6 months. So why was it necessary to withhold my deposit I'm not sure...other than to charge me additional monies.
