I had the good fortune of being helped by the manager, Vincent Sharp. I had a simple balance request because of technical difficulties. He took care of it and helped me reset my user and password.I also had a very upsetting problem which I didn't think Vincent could help me with.A sister-in-law had me sign legal docs because I was to undergo shunt implant surgery the next day to regulate my cerebral fluid. My fault for not understanding what I was signing. Thankfully, the surgery was a success.Vincent reached out to the branch in South Carolina that added her name to my account. He found out that I simply needed to sign an additional form to get her name off of my account.Thank you Vincent for going above and beyond for this customer. I almost never write reviews, but it is the least I could do considering what you did to help me.

I went to cash a check, waited at the window for 20 mins. As they were having issues cashing a $200 check from my business! The branch manager was asked to help, he was a very rude man! Rude to his employees first, then turned his anger for his job towards me? If you possess no professionalism, why would you be in a position of leadership? This was my first and only experience with this bank! I will be taking my business and $$ elsewhere!!

do NOT trust this bank to count your money or deposit it. they tried to tell me that my cash was short more than $200 of than what i handed them, they started putting my money into the drawer before even finishing my transaction which makes no sense. they were able to find over $200 of the money i originally “didn’t give them” after having them recount their drawer to find my missing cash. by the end of this terrible experience the manager was able to help my situation and find all of the miscounted money, but i will never trust this bank and would advice everyone again handling cash here. also the atm is always down, made the mistake of going inside this time that it was down.

I would not recommend this Bank to African Americans because the bank doesn't give you business bank cards to help build business credit. The manager Vincent Sharp has the worst customer service ever, his employees that have been at this branch left this branch because of his Nasty attitude problem. I don't like to go inside the branch because of him! He is rude and unprofessional. I'm reporting this branch to the BBB

Vincent Sharp rude and I’m filing fraud charges against him he updated my account information without my permission I wouldn’t have known if it didn’t come to my email and he is uneducated and very aggressive with his talking.

I never know why this branch opens on Saturday, otherwise it never has money. The lady who attends is always looking bad for customers. Grumpy people are not good for working with the public
