THIS BANK IS TERRIBLE. ESPECIALLY FOR A MORTGAGE. I HAVE TWICE TRIED TO USED THEM FOR A MORTGAGE. THE FIRST TIME THE LOAN OFFICER DIDN'T HAVE THE BASIC SKILLS TO UNDERSTAND HOW TO USE INCOME FOR SELF-EMPLOYED BORROWER. THIS TIME, WE ARE READY TO CLOSE BUT THEY PUT THE FILE IN A PILE AND SIT ON IT. NO URGENCY. THEY ARE WITHOUT DOUBT THE MOST DISORGANIZED, MIND-BOGGLING BANK I'VE EVER SEEN. THEY SIT ON THINGS FOR DAYS, THEN COME BACK ASKING FOR THE SAME STUFF WE'VE ALREADY SENT. IN SOME CASES WE SENT THEM THE SAME THINGS THREE TIMES. AS A 21 YEAR VETERAN OF HOUSING, DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND AVOID THIS BANK.

Masks were not worn. The customer service blond women was coughing and sneezing in the open, with the pandemic still going on ,,, it was scary,,, disrespectful, sloppy and irresponsible... Not recommended....

I do not recommend taking out a mortgage with United Community Bank. The customer service following closing on the house has been less than helpful and they are unable to answer basic questions, such as "How is my mortgage payment calculated?" They failed to communicate changes in our escrow balance and why. I have been more than disappointed in our service and the strong lack of communication on part of this entity.

It been over 10 days and they have just to sent my bank card the lady on the phone i think her name Kelly lie on the phone and said the sent it off dec 7 while the other lady desiree i spoke to said they mail it out on the dec 10 i was at the bank dec 10 and the lady desiree say she order me a card i don't think she ever order me a bank card i got two different stories if they don't sent my card in 7 to 10 days i will close my account they are unprofessional
