Nice people, but unprofessional interaction wasted over an hour of my day in Charleston hectic traffic I called in with very specific questions about a specific bolt. I was told that that specific bolt was there. I drove all the way to your location and that specific bolt was not there. A number of things could happen in Charleston traffic let’s be more professional Before we have someone drive all the way over there for nothing

Great hardware store. I’m staying at Cooper River Marina on my boat and getting some projects done. This is the closest hardware store and usually has just the thing I need to keep my jobs going forward.

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here on stainless steel hardware..I came to get more stainless steel,and had 2 keys I needed cut..non transponder keys with a black case around them..the staff refused to cut them claiming it’s a big liability..I said it’s a $9.00 key just cut it..they refused..so I’ll take my business to ace hardware ..it’s insane that you can’t even get a basic key cut anymore

After being a fan of this store for years, I can’t abide by the refusal to accept a return of a room heater, when there was no indication of the inexplicable store policy that room heaters are final sales/no returns. We would’ve thought twice before purchasing, if we’d known. They lost 2 customers over this policy and lack of empathy when trying to return. Unfortunate.

They won’t accept your return if the plastic bag it came in is torn. They will also argue with you about it. I wouldn’t be returning it in the first place if it wasn’t junk and about $20 overpriced. I hate leaving bad reviews for small businesses, but it was super unprofessional.
