I visited the Untuckit location on King Street in December 2023 and bought three shirts to be sent to my home. The two employees in the store were so super helpful and get my order set up right away. There was an unfortunate mixup on the delivery address but Melinda at the Charleston store was sp amazing and helped get me the shirts before Christmas! Thank you so much!! Would definitely recommend anyone thinking about these shirts to stop by the Charleston store as the folks there are really great! Thank you!

Was wandering King Street and came into UNTUCKit. They helped get me fitted for their shirts, it was great! Love when a primarily online store has a Brick and Morter location! Staff was great!

I have been to the store 4-5 times and live here in Charleston. Melinda, Jon and Jessica are all top notch. I am not a dress up type of guy, but when I do I like to look good. I am 6'4" and have always struggled with clothes that fit me well. They have all been so helpful to me to understand the sizes I needed and why (turns out I had been wearing the wrong sizes). My advice is to go into the store and let them guide you. They know what they are doing. When they don't have something in stock they order it fast and returns are super easy. I have to say they won me over the last time big time. I had an issue with some pants that was not their fault. Not only did they take the time to understand my issue, but they also went above and beyond to correct it for me. Completely shocked me how far they went to correct my issue. Amazing customer service. I honestly don't understand any of the negative reviews on Google here. They do not reflect my experience and I have personally dealt with all three of the full time employees. All of which, took the time to help me thoroughly and make me feel special. And ultimately, the most important, help me look good.

We were treated to eye rolls and sighs by the sales lady, I suggest ordering online. Should have walked out, but we were with our daughter and it was her Christmas gift to her dad.

What a wonderful staff! Very knowledgeable and friendly. A must go to while Downtown Charleston, SC or order from the store. They will work with you on the phone and take care of all your needs!!

One of the sales women was very racist. As soon as we entered the shop she told us they do not have pant sizes that fit me. I was taken a back by her rude behavior. Will never visit again.

Hate doing this but felt I have to. Stopped in to see if they had a shirt I saw in another location in a specific size. Saleswoman was rude and a bit snarky. They did not have the shirt in my size but she was adamant that all shirts fit the same which is the reason they use limited 'try on' shirts for size fit and won't open sizes they keep in the stock room. The problem is that I was looking at a seersucker style shirt that has a bit of pucker in the material and is more forgiving for body types that are not shapely and thin. She insisted that I get "resized" with a try on shirt in a completely different fabric that was clingy and not at all like the shirt I was looking at purchasing. I get the model of the business - I urge the brand to consider try on shirts in all sizes for all materials. At $79+ a shirt - it is a big risk to not get a realistic feel of the shirt you are buying. That said - there is no excuse to treat any customer with an attitude - if she was having a bad day she should have called in sick. If she was being judgey about what I wanted to purchase - she needs hard core customer service training.

I’ve seen the ads everywhere and my wife urged me to visit inside. Cool idea. An associate by the name of Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience. We didn’t buy but was treated with great service and I was able to find my fit. Highly recommend!

The shirts seem nice however we didn’t have a chance to even comfortably try them on as the sales woman (the one with shorter hair, on a Saturday morning) in the shop was so negative and nasty. Since we arrived, she had a terrible attitude and almost wanted to hush us out of the shop instead of helping us. I have never been treated so negatively before by any retail person and she definitely led the company lose a customer. And when I asked her about her attitude, she didn’t even apologize. First writing a review on a shop, hopefully will be the last!

Melinda is fantastic as her job and she’s got you covered with what will look good on you, I like the athletic version of untuckit fits well and looks Sharp.

I have shopped at the Charleston location several times over the past few years. I cannot say enough for the ultra fine staff that work there.Caring, knowledgeable, friendly and always offering suggestions and help. 5 stars you guys.. thanks for helping this weekend!!

So i made a mistake and had my order sent to the wrong address ?. I caught it in seconds and immediately messaged customer service about it. They responded rather promptly. They told me that it was no problem and that they got it in time to change the address for me. Package still shows up at the other address and I had to deal with alot of bs to get it ?

My boyfriend was so excited to see the storefront on our last visit to Charleston. Jessica was absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped curate a selection of styles and sizes for him to try on so he could find his perfect fit. I’ve never seen him look better in a button down! We left without purchasing anything, but Jessica was sure to send us home with a business card and offer assistance if needed in the future.Three months later, my boyfriend received 2 UNTUCKIT gift cards. Excited to make his purchase, he was quickly disappointed when he realized he couldn’t use both cards in the same online order. Remembering Jessica, and how friendly and helpful she was, I gave the Charleston store a call. Jessica was able to initiate the order and apply the gift cards so that all I had to to was click a link and finish the transaction with a card.Props to UNTUCKIT & Jessica for offering quality clothes AND positive experiences that both feel tailor-made! Thank you!

So unhelpful and rude. Sizes are not accurate and run small. But that's not the biggest issue. We walked in with a return, then the salesperson plopped their sizes in front of us and walked off. We opened one and you would've thought it was the end of the world. No customer service whatsoever. If you'd like people to buy your clothes you might try to be nice and helpful about it.
