Came to pickup a package.Nobody was in sight when i got there but yet the lobby was open.After 15 minutes of waiting around and with no way of calling that location someone came out to help.The girl was very nice but there needs to be a bell or something to get somebody’s attention.

They said “attempted delivery” well after 10 pm I waited up all night for my husbands new iPhone Xmas present so I could wrap and have ready by tonight. All lights were on, no doorbell ring capture of any attempt, no sticker on the door saying I missed them. Why do they constantly do this?!?!

Apparently, nothing is their fault. Was told by a customer service rep from their 1-800 number to go to this location to pickup my item. Get here and am told I need to deal with it via the 1-800 number... Next time I'll just pick my package up from California!
