Specifically for Charleston, SC terminal.Zero stars if possible.Scheduled a pick-up for Ridgeville, SC on January 30, 2023. Pick-up was scheduled for the next day. Near the end of the business day, I checked and no pick-up had occurred. I contacted the terminal and was told that the terminal manager, Kirby Jolly, cancelled the pick-up due to a lack of drivers but never bothered to contact me.I spoke to Kirby the next day and he rescheduled the delivery for the next week since they only pick-up in the area two days a week. After I kept pointing out that yesterday WAS a scheduled day, he agreed to have it pick-up on Friday. On that Friday, he called and wanted to know if the lane back to the pick-up site was paved. I told him it was hard packed dirt and that the business gets routine freight deliveries often. He said he won't send a driver and cancelled my request.Very poor customer service the whole way around. I think since it was a remote area, he just didn't want to use his resources to fulfill the request. Had nothing to do with accessibility.

Terrible communication.Sketchy process.When they called to arrange delivery of a couch from Albany Park I told them that the time slot wouldn't work and I needed needed to reschedule. I was told that wasn't possible. That isn't scheduling, that's tellinG.I then manage to re organize my entire day only to get a call as they're enroute that they're delivering on a semi truck and can't get in my neighborhood. I've never had this issue with any other furniture delivery.The driver asked if I could meet him somewhere with a truck and someone to help me. Never in my life have i had a delivery driver ask me that.I was then told it would be delivered the next day in a box truckI take another day out of my schedule. Now I'm awaiting word od where my couch is. Their office doesn't even know, just that i was loaded on a truck this morning but they have no idea where it is or if it's getting delivered today.I was told the service rep would put in a ticket and call either today or TOMORROW!THIS IS RIDICULOUS.I wouldn't spend a dime with tis company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company was hired by our customer to pick up an order from our location. Whoever in this company was filling out the paperwork accidentally put our name as the shipper instead of the pickup location. Despite having our customer, who actually hired them contact them, and sending them multiple emails and speaking on the phone to several people at this company, they still can not get this straight and keep calling us about our "outstanding balance." They quoted our customer a price which they paid up front, and are now asking for 200% more than what they were originally quoted. The person in the billing department is extremely unprofessional and rude (Sebastian). They talk over the top of you and will not let you explain the situation, also doesn't try to fix the issue, just keeps telling you you have to pay. Asked to talk to a manager and was told they would contact us at their convenience which they never do. We have talked to customer service and emailed them along with the customer who actually hired them and nothing has been done. At this point they are boarding on harassment with they way they talk to you and the constant calls.
