“My friend recommended Trader Joe’s because I needed a new mattress. I went there twice. John assisted me both times, and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. And the prices…you can’t beat them! I ended up purchasing more than just a mattress. I can’t believe I have lived here for most of my life and this was my first time ever visiting Trader Joe’s. And guess what? When my furniture was delivered, John was one of the deliverers and helped me decide on placement and even suggested some accent pieces available at Trader Joe’s . My furniture was delivered on Memorial Day, and it was raining, but they were very professional in unloading all items safely into my place. This was probably the best experience I’ve had shopping for furniture and will definitely consider them first in the future.”

“I love shopping at Tiny Tadpoles. The merchandise is spot on and the employees are super friendly and always help me out when I buy merchandise for my grandchildren. Thank you, thank you, thank you”
“I recently moved to this neighborhood and one day decided to peruse the shops nearby. I met the owner (I forgot her name already I’m so sorry) she was lovely and welcoming. They have a variety of branded clothes in this store + if you have the patience to comb through their sale area I definitely recommend it!”
“Found this lovely consignment shop while on vacation. This shop has so many beautiful pieces! There were pieces for every price range, including some high end name brands at affordable prices. I got this beautiful Jessica Howard dress for $20 during the after Christmas sale! I love it and can’t wait to style it! And it has pockets!”
“Patina Market is a treasure hunter’s dream! You never know what you’ll find — from homemade and upcycled pieces to vintage, antique, and brand-new gems. Every corner is full of character and creativity. It’s the perfect mix of salvage style and fresh finds, and the kind of place you can lose track of time in (in the best way). Always worth the stop!”
“I was in Charleston for a short business trip and had a few hours of free time. I walked a few retail stores on King street. Most of them were not my style so I looked up consignment stores in the area. I am so glad I stopped by Ensemble! This store rivals my favorites in San Francisco! The store is very well organized, clean and--hey--I like the scent. I tried on a lot of items and came away with 5 beautiful pieces. 2 skirts were on the expensive side ($200) but were soooooo unique and luxury brands! I love, love, love them! I also bought 3 tops that were $39-$75 and fantastic. One top even goes well with one of the skirts. For the naysayers on prices, I suggest looking up the brands online for retail prices and you will see the value you are getting with consignment shopping. Clara was great too :)”
“I came in Christmas shopping with my sister and Fred was absolutely amazing. Great customer service and helped us so much. I will definitely come back because of him!”
“Where do I start ?! This place is wonderful. They have extremely desirable mid century pieces in great condition - in my opinion, the prices are extremely fair for the rarity of the items & the area you are in!More importantly, the staff is SO kind & welcoming. I will be stopping here every time I’m in Charleston”
“Staff are polite. Well organized. Clothes are reasonably priced for resale clothing. No stains. Quality is good. On trend with current fashion. Even though I may leave empty handed some trips, it is always fun to look around. I'm never disappointed, even when I leave empty handed. They just didn't have what I was looking for but always have an amazing selection to look through.”
“Incredible store with a lot of interesting pieces! Paul and his team are a pleasure to do business with!!! Can’t wait to go back on our next trip in the area!!!”
