“This is my GoTo store for green products. Jacob is the MAN!! He's very knowledgeable on his products and is eager to help in any way. It is an organized, clean and well maintained shop. The carry CBD products as well. I have always had a great experience here and will continue to shop there. I Highly recommend the store.”

“Best experience I have had at a vape store here! Lux and Lisa were very helpful and the shop has promotions and a loyalty program— plus the price on the vape i usually buy is lower here as well. Will definitely be back!”

“Can I just say how amazing Jasmine is! My husband and I ran into this shop while visiting Charleston, and immediately were impressed by how clean and organized the shop was. Jasmine was super attentive to our picky natures. She knew about the products and was so patient while explaining them. We were honestly blown away with her customer service, and if we lived in Charleston would be back.”

“One of the few kava bars in Charleston, SC. I wish I knew about this place sooner. The staff are great - Logan always brings in fun things like guitar hero and other games. Great place to pop by after work if you’re looking for a healthier alternative to alcohol or a place to work, chat, etc”

“This shop always has what you want. The prices are lower than other shops. And a big plus is they have a coffee/pastries shop right inside. Grab a smoke, coffee, and cake, sit there, and relax. I recommend this place.”

“First of all, 5 stars does no justice for this store so here are 5 more: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have been frequenting Planet Vape for quite some time and they have always been GREAT but I must say, now under new ownership, it’s nothing less than AMAZING! I can ALWAYS count on them being open, the prices are the BEST in Charleston, along with the BEST selection of anything and everything Vape! Sam, the store Manager, is always going above and beyond to make sure he has everything I would need in stock. He is so patient with all of my questions and GENUINELY cares about the customer experience I have - not just some of the time or most of the time but EVERY time! I truly feel like Sam is a VERY rare find as far as top-tier Customer Service goes these days and should be recognized and commended for his Professionalism. Thank you Sam! You truly make a difference!”

“First time visiting this place the guy who was working, Kyle was very helpful and insightful on many of the products. Kyle is knowledgeable and gave some great recommendations. I highly recommend going here and speaking with him if your unsure about what your looking for and want some good suggestions. I got some mushroom gummies the first time around and they were AMAZING. I had to go back for more. They gave me a great relaxed feeling and I also got some for focus and another one for sleeping they were all great recommendations that turned out to be a much better product than I could have anticipated. I appreciate Kyle for being very helpful and sharing his knowledge along with great recommendations and providing good customer service. I will definitely be going here on a regular basis.”
