Customer Service terrible. For this to be the corporate store they are not very friendly. My husband and I went there to get my phone fixed and we felt rushed and unvalued. There was little to any conversation and the sales rep who was the manager seemed to have an attitude. My husband was considering changing is service provider but did not due to terrible customer service.

Verizon raised my monthly fee twice this year without notice. after 20 years with Verizon, decided to switch to T Mobile. this was relatively Easily done and have had no service problems. savings of $20/month. Verizon charged a fee to leave their system. Adios, Verizon

I haven't upgraded my phone in years and am a little behind. My girlfriend and I came in yesterday full of questions. Jay had all the answers. He set us up with a new plans, new phones, and the accessories we needed. He took the time to get us the best deal. Thanks Jay.

Customer service is ok, went in for a pro 5 LTE cellular watch and they sold me a pro 5 Bluetooth watch. Had to call Verizon to make a switch, fingers cross hoping the switch will be simple and quick.

Work gave me a new iPhone with a sheet of paper from Verizon "Hello. Let's get started." I needed to switch all my info from my old iPhone to my new iPhone. The sheet didn't work, so I went to the Verizon store in West Ashley. The woman who greeted me told me they could only transfer my contacts. I told her I needed all items transferred. She repeated she could only transfer my contacts and suggested I go to Best buy (up the street). I left and went to Best Buy. They were very helpful, patient and friendly. They did whatever it took to make my new phone work. Sorry to say, Verizon didn't seem very interested.

the worst store ever. no help at all.Verizon charge you hundreds of dollars for the phone and when it is defected you are left on your own.Be aware where you buy the phone if this is not corporate store just authorized dealer you have to go back to this particular store.
