I ordered 6 items and added an alternate person to pick it up. Upon receiving and checking, I only received 5 items. I called the store and the young lady told me to hold on while she got the shift lead who got on the phone and was extremely rude. He told me I needed to come into the store when I kept asking for a refund back to my credit card. I tried explaining that on a good day without traffic I lived 25 minutes away. He finally told me to get over it and hung up on me. I am calling Walgreens corporate office to file a complaint. I asked for his full name a few times which he refused to provide but after I told him I was calling tge corporate office he said “Will” and again get over it. If you don’t want to deal with people, why are you working in customer service? Without us, you would not have a job. At this point it wasn’t about the money but more about the principle of the matter and the level of blatant rudeness.

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a pharmacy. The woman was so rude and needs to take some time off instead of treating customers terribly. She doesn’t even ask the pharmacist for help with errors. 0/10

Super rude! The lady working just told an old man you are welcome. Then said, you could say thank you. Theres no reason to speak to the elderly like that.

Sasha has offered her help as soon as she saw me struggling a bit . Long story short, Sasha seems to be a pro in customer satisfaction due to my experience. She definitely went with “Customer comes first”! Even though she was working on merchandise , she stopped immediately to assist me, which tells me how thoughtful and caring she is. In addition, it surely highlights her skills of professionalism and perfection in customer service hospitality. Thank you kindly, miss Sasha.
