Huge thank you to Mister Darren, who helped us and went above and beyond to provide excellent friendly service near the end of a long day! He helped enhance our time visiting Charleston by tracking down some difficult-to-find beach supplies. We appreciate all of the other staff at the store that also made our visit a pleasant experience.

Entire store was in disarray. Most relevant items to the surrounding tourism were sold out. Staff was very kind and helpful. This Walmart should give them all a raise.

The employees were awesome!! We interacted with 2 associates, and both were exceptional! One was at the garden entrance and the other at the fitting rooms. I wish I had gotten their names to give them a shout-out for their excellent customer service and friendliness.

Store closes at 11PM you can't try on close after 5PM and store managers won't sell anything in the glass cases that have to be unlocked after 7pm states employees are gone and they have no keys. Employees are no help!!!! Only good thing is location.

I have been to a lot of Walmart's this one had a lot of merchandise which is good. I'm rating it on the cleanliness of bathrooms and dressing rooms.There was a lot of bathrooms but 1 was functioning only, very very dirty and no lock on the door.The dressing rooms were full of clothes you could hardly get in there.

I work for Walmart. I have helped at many Walmart in trouble over my years working for them. This is the WORSE Walmart I have been to to shop. I have them many chances to impress me. Never happened. This store early evening looked like a one person staffed Dollar General. Freight everywhere. Still on pallets. In way. Nothing on most shelves. I understand this is a high traffic Walmart. They need help. Something is definitely wrong here. Even tried to order online and they screwed that up. And then says I picked it up anyway. All around bad experience. Cashier was sweet but associates on floor that I did see were no help and the odp associate that was dispensing was no help at all.

6-10 was promised my groceries would be delivered at 2 pl, then changed to 4 pm, then 8pm. 6-11 24 hours later still no groceries. Only chat was available and that was no help. And the substitutions they do are terrible. I go in and see 4 on the shelf. I get a message saying none available, let them pick a substitution. Nothing close. I wanted to shop local but they must want you to buy from Amazon.

Great location. Amazing prices also. Offering everything from Garden Center to auto motive to sporting goods to groceries clothing and everything else. Great quick self check out too.

it's just gone so far downhill, unfortunately, I'm not sure where or with who the blame lies, but the self-check thing and then getting stopped at the door to be searched is ridiculous, insulting and the man who I always see is terrible. Do better.

Came here for an item the Walmart app said this store had in stock. After not finding it in the store I asked a department associate and customer service associate for help locating the item, was told if it wasn’t on the shelf they must not have it. No real effort made by either employee. I decided to purchased the item online for curbside pick up, magically this store was able to fulfill the order (4 hours later). By then I had traveled an hour out of the way to a different Walmart to buy it. Frustrating experience, could have saved several hours and many miles if the staff had made more of an effort to help me locate the item while I was there.

Except for the fact they don't have enough cashiers my visit was excellent. The pharmacy was incredible. My Rx was ready and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. I will be going back.

Zero help at the customer service. The parking lot was soooo bad that my sweet tea fell out of the bottom of the cart and busted everywhere. My Bojangles hard sweet tea literally rang up over $29 when it was $16.98.

While I was away on vacation in SC, I accidentally left my wallet at the local Walmart and did not realize until we made it back home 6 hours away. I have no words to express my deepest gratitude to the team members of this store for keeping my personal information safe and having so much integrity. Every time I called to follow up each employee that I spoke with was kind and helpful. I would like to thank Shane for taking all my calls when he was on duty and available and putting my wallet away. I would specially like to thank Daren (team lead) for his leadership and for taking over although we have never spoken before the day my wallet was picked up by Veloxexpress (a local courier service). Daren not only made me feel at ease but he followed up with me once he handed over my wallet to the courier. You were excellent during the whole process and I am beyond impressed with your level of customer service. I have never seen such a wonderful group of people!. Thank you so much for showing such care and professionalism. I am beyond touched and my respect goes out to you for your service Daren. The store itself is dated, products on the shelf are not all correctly labeled so items marked clearance, would ring up as full price. Some shelves (non-food) products were just empty. I would only grocery shop here, otherwise I would pick somewhere else to shop.
