We came to visit from Texas. Walking around shopping. Then needing a restroom! Went into bank and withdrew money ( we are we customers in Texas, daughter works there) you guest it NO customer bathrooms!!! had to scamble they said go to souvenir shop across street. They did have a restroom but told me I had to buy something. Really! I think I like Texas better! Thumbs down to Wells Fargo and Charleston souvenir shop in French Quarter

Slowest bank ever appointment at 3:00 and it’s 3:40 and I’m still sitting here and haven’t been seen or said anything to

I've been banking with Wells Fargo for over 20 years and have not had a drive through experience so bad. Drove through on 5/14 and teller gave me a hard time about my motorized vehicle and began to refuse service, then refused to accept checks stamped with my account number.

A 25+ year client of Wells (mostly, while in CA), who continued to bank with this institution through all of its ethical and organizational failings - believing that the local banking experience and relationship was more important than any accused corporate-level malfeasance. The performance of the senior managers at both the Broad Street branch and personal banking operations is atrocious, and has caused me to transfer my accounts to a different financial institution.

Rashaad is an amazing banker and is very quick to provide account support. He truly sets the bar and I wish my other banking experiences were as such.

The tellers and staff are nice, it's the Trust Department that is troubling at Wells Fargo. Extremely poor communication and customer service skills by the department; specifically Robert Galey Jr. Getting information regarding estate status is nearly impossible, and you are made to feel like an irritation rather than a valued client. This is concerning considering family members have put their confidence in this organization to settle their affairs. Do yourself a favor and take the advice of my financial advisor...run, don't walk, to anyone other than a bank when you are planning your Trust.

The Wells Fargo Bank branch on Broad Street is a great bank. It has a very beautiful and historic interior that is a pleasant experience each visit. The tellers and bankers are super helpful and accommodating and it is never a very long wait to get helped. They can solve every issue and make sure all of your banking needs are met. Overall awesome branch.

I have been a customer for over 26 years.Unless you are a millionaire Wells Fargo is one of the worst banking organizations you could chose to bank with. You mean absolutely nothing to the organization as a whole and the service outside of this branch location is complete garbage. This branch is the only redeeming factor. Major customer service issues lately. No one seems to actually care, you get passed around on the phone. Because they had the account issue, there are 1,000 hoops to jump through to get anything accomplished.

Aside from having a warm and friendly staff, I appreciate the history of this building, and enjoy coming in just to browse around ... not too suspiciously though, because this is a bank. This is the oldest operating Wells Fargo branch in the country. Location is everything too, seating at the intersection of Broad and E Bay in historic downtown Charleston. What's not to like?

Really nice looking bank. Tellers were very helpful. We got a little bombarded by staff to open an account but I can't hold that against them.
