Customer service can use some improvement but hate their policy. Went their for the cashiers check. We got it with no problem, but it was under the wrong name. So it was about five minutes later we had to go back and change the name. Because it was a cashiers check, they couldn't just change the name. So we had to wait for the check to be deposited, and then we could change the name. So we have decided to wire transfer the cashiers check. They didn't even tell us about the options we had, and we had to find that on our own.

Pretty nice atmosphere and nice service, especially for an industry stuck in the stone ages. Shellian was super knowledgeable and delivered a first class customer service experience!!

Having two tellers on a Friday is a joke and the teller that helped me seemed less than pleased to be there. Wells Fargo has focused so much on their tellers to talk about the app they must of forgot that they actually need to train their tellers on customer service. I also inquired about changing my address and she started suggesting irrelevant things about credit. I get that it’s her job to suggest items but please focus on the need that I presented and once that’s complete then suggest items that you believe might be beneficial. I have already moved most of my business to other financial institutions and if rates were not trash right now I would have already refinanced my car else where.

Absolutely useless! Wouldn’t even print me a credit card statement, citing some ridiculous policy, even though it’s a WF card. Line was long too. The bureaucratic mentality at its finest!

Waiting service needs work. Arrived at 4pm to open an account, got to me at 4:55 saying theres not enough time.At a restaurant if theres a wait list passed closing you still get seated and served. Why this doesn't apply to banks and offices is maddening.

I used to keep a flat attitude towards Wells Fargo's service! Because you didn't give them more business to boost their grades. They are too much of a hassle and leave you to call and deal with the problem yourself. Amanda was very friendly and patient. Amanda was very friendly and patient because our English is not very good. We had problems from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Although it was not solved in the end. But Amanda's service attitude made me feel very appreciated. I will also recommend my friends to come to her for future business opportunities. This is a very knowledgeable, experienced and sweet girl!
