Sat down and no one acknowledged me. No one took my order. There are plenty of other options. The Last Wing Stop I went to was nasty. This one just has no service!

Ordered 20 bone in wings plain via Doordash and they were way overcooked, dry and inedible. It cost me over $42 with tip. I'm extremely disappointed and will NEVER order these again. Just gross.

I could give paragraphs .I’ll let this review do the talking I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone. Service is horrible worst service I’ve ever had all three times it’s been awful food is pretty good honestly too bad you have to wait an hour to pay for food that is INSANELY overpriced. Worst pricing I’ve ever seen. 4 dollars per tender is an insane ask 12 bucks for three tenders outrageous. Besides the price I’d like to reiterate how awful the service is it would take way to many words to even begin explaining.

I went to pick up a DoorDash 15 minutes before they closed, and they told me they weren’t making it and locked the door in my face (before closing time).

I ordered some wings for dinner for myself and my girlfriend through Uber Eats. She got 10 bone-in wings, I got a sandwich + 5 bone-in wings, and we got a large fry to share. My girlfriend and I were both supposed to get a small ranch and I ordered another LARGE ranch to make sure we had plenty. When our food arrived, there was ZERO ranch included! This will be the last time I order wings from this location. If I ever do, I will be picking it up myself to make sure the employees have learned how to read. Such a bad experience from one of my favorite wing places.

I usually love eating at Wingstop franchise restaurants. However, I would say be super cautious when ordering here and look at all of the chicken in your box after ordering. Not to mentioned I ordered online, and when I arrived to the store they couldn’t find my order. So, one of the male associates (I forgot his name but he was super sweet) search the cashier and then all of the online orders begin printing. I ordered a 10 piece wings combo on December 4th, Monday night and after eating 2 of the chicken, and grabbing another towards the bottom of the box one of the workers already ate off of one of the chicken and put it back in my box or they packed up one of their lunch boxes to give to me. This is super disturbing, horrifying and honestly disgusting! I have pictures shown below. Please please look in your boxes after ordering. I always heard of stuff like this happening on social media but never thought this would happen to me. Also, pay attention you will see some of the teenagers back there eating, or holding their phones with gloves on. I always love seeing teenagers working and commend them for doing but management needs to step up and have at least one manager on night shift!

I love this location. I live closer to the one on rivers ave but drive to this location whenever I want Wingstop. The service is way better and the store is cleaner. Keep up the good

The wings are usually good in the past. However this time 12/29/2023, 830pm, they sucked. I ordered 4 different flavors and they all tasted the same, no difference. The wings were the same type flavor, worst ever. Kitchen staff smelled of weed too!

Cashier was obviously high and just stared at me without saying anything when I was going to ask for my order. Fries weren't seasoned and they were cold and some were just a rock.
