Bathrooms are always broke, but “magically” work for certain customers. The employees are the rudest of any DG I have ever been to. Store is always dirty and aisles lined with boxes. I just left an entire buggy of stuff and came to another store (not DG). I will not go back to that one! This is a common occurrence and has gotten worse over the last 6 months.

I went in with my 1 year old grandson to grab someone for him for lunch, go down the frozen food and drink aisle and they are 3 workers stocking which was a surprise in its self but as i try to get around them , they say what do you need we will get it for you the asile is closed, i tell her I'm not sure yet wanted to look she then smarts off as i continue down the asile well don't open any of the doors we will get whatever you want With an attitude..... excuse me well i will just go somewhere else. I can understand closing off a section but the whole main food asile and then to have that attitude i dont think so. All i can say is she is lucky my grandson was with me because otherwise i would've went off.....

There is only two things I really find wrong with this store. First, it is usually messy especially in the front of the store. Secondly, they no longer have self check out which makes it more frustrating trying to get in and out of there because they always have a long line of customers. Granted, I work in retail and know it is easier for people to steal when using self check out, but if you are going to take it out then you should add more regular registers.
The cashiers are friendly, especially two of them. If the red head would just stop trying to boss everyone around, and quit talking and singing or whatever she wants to call it she wouldn't be so bad to deal with either.

The older, dark gray haired, heavy set woman is absolutely unpleasant with an attitude every time I come in this location. This obviously isn't just an "I'm having a bad day" issue and more an issue of character.

Update, this makes 2 months straight that I had to load my PayPal somewhere else, this is getting to be nonsense here, all of this started back in October of this year, there are 2 elderly workers there that don't know what they are doing half the time, they claim the card scanner can't load money onto cards.

This store is trash. Always no one at the registers and then when someone decides to ring u up, half the products don’t scan right and can NEVER load cash app or take coupons. The owners need to close this location completely down. Waste of time EVERY TIME u go in this store

Jennifer is one of the best managers every time I go in she is working her way around the whole store doing everything you can tell she wants to work an puts 100% effort into everything she is always polite an kind with customers anytime I can’t find something or need help i notice she is always the one helping me.

This yet another store that has failed to live up to it's full potential! Most of the shelves in the dog food section of this place are bare! Unfortunately for those of us who depend on the Dollar General chain to feed our canine friends we are forced into going somewhere else many times paying much more for the same items! This is not an isolated problem! It's one that plagues this group and is costing them a lot of business.This shortage has been going on for years! Conversations with store personnel all have the same theme! If it doesn't arrive on their truck; they can't stock it! I stopped here today to purchase a certain type of inexpensive dog treat for my daughter's pet! They didn't have it in stock! I was forced into going to a local grocery store! Well; they had what I wanted at a much higher price! I bought it after mumbling some words about Dollar General that I'm not proud of ! This just another lost sale for them! I am the public consumer! There are thousands like me who are ready to abandon shopping trips here. It's a waste of valuable time and gas to stop and attempt to shop with this bunch! Yet I still recommend them as long as dog food or treats aren't on your shopping list!

I really think our Dollar General must be going out of business. The shelves are empty I don't understand. The shelves have been empty for awhile but today was really bad. It was hard for the cashier to check me out and bag what I did find that I needed. She had her little girl behind the counter trying to hold her so she wouldn't get out into the store. I did see her running through the store one time. I don't plan to go back in this Dollar General I will drive to another one. If I could I wouldn't give any stars! I think the little girl was named Jessie.
