“This one store here, has very friendly employees. And is not like alot of the other stores, it's very clean, stocked pretty good, and is not a cluttered mess, like a few of them are.”

“I just want to clear the air about all the reviews left about “bad customer service” - it is not rude for someone not to kiss your ass. Clerks do not have to pretend to be overwhelmed with joy at your mere existence. That kind of entitlement will leave you disappointed, very often. I have had many good experiences with the workers here, poor things usually look exhausted. They are understaffed and underpaid. I took one star off because it is a little dirty inside, but it’s Chester lol everywhere here is dirty inside. Anyway, yeah, you’ll live without someone buttering you up for no reason. Your patronage is not something that has any effect on the store whatsoever, so you can take your business elsewhere without announcing yourself.”

“Clean and well stocked. This is the first family dollar I've been in that I didn't have to dodge boxes in the aisle. Friendly staff, really nice. The parking lot here, though, is "iffy". Other than that, impressed.”
