Great if you get there before they make you do all transactions through a ticket-booth-style drawer. It takes so long to gather orders for each customer, and correct choices and miscommunications, lines form... Eventually you realize that the drawer is there for a reason. Any one of the people who are getting angrier and angrier the longer they had to wait.... Sprint essentially endangers customers to protect their employees, cigarettes, candy, cash, etc. Thanks!
