Appliance Tech was great to work with. They communicated with me prior to, during and after the repair and were up front with what would be involved to get my washing machine working again. Their prices were reasonable. They were able to schedule the service the next day. It's rare to find a company that provides such great service these days.

I called about my wash machine basket being broken and the technician was in my area in which it was close to 4:00pm- he to my surprise agreed to come and check it out. It turned out one of my brackets had came a loose! Luckily, the technician had my washing machine back running within four five minutes. I will call this company again if needed!

We had the best service with Justin. Our whirlpool Duet dryer made the loudest noises so we called Appliance Tech to repair Our dryer. Justin was the best he went way and beyond his service call. We had multiple problems with our fridge and Appliance Teach identified the problem quickly and fixed in less than hour for a really reasonable price. I am so relieved! The service was fantastic!

I called Apliance Tech. to come out and repair my maytag dryer. Had problems with squeeching noise. They came out to repair it and was on time. Justin took a look at my problem and gave me an option to repair it. It only took him 11/2 to do my repairs. Very satisfied customer

We have used Appliance Tech a couple of times and have been very pleased with the service. Justin is friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly identifies and corrects the problem(s). There is a timely evaluation, a reasonable turnaround for parts, and we have had no further issues with the specifics of the repairs. We won't hesitate to contact them again or any future needs. We called Appliance Tech based on all of the wonderful reviews. The tech arrived promptly, but sadly we were told that it would cost more to fix our 7 year old freezer than to buy a new one. We were told it needed a fan motor, something was wrong with the defrost cycle and one other issue that I can’t recall. Based on this information we decided to purchase a new freezer We sold the old one for $50 to a neighbor. She ordered a fan motor for $105 and installed it herself. Everything else checked out fine. Wished we had called her first.

We were having problems with our Whirlpool dryer. Justin came out and diagnosed the problem, a bad timer. He had to order the timer. It arrived the next day, and the following morning he was here promptly. After replacing the timer, he tested in numerous times to make sure everything (off/on functions, heating, etc.) was working properly. Got it working like new again, and for much less than the cost of a new dryer. Excellent service, arrived when he said he would, and made sure we were satisfied. I give Appliance Tech my highest recommendation.
