Not a fan of banks for sure but Ms.Deanna( branch manage) and Ms.Baileigh(relationship banker) where more then accommodating and understanding to my situation. Out of a scale from 1-10 these ladies get a 20 in my book. Professional,considerate and efficient.Thank you again ladies you are a true image of what I'll hold every banker to for the rest of my days.

I had a Suntrust account. Unfortunately, this other company Truist took over all the accounts. When the in-house staff at the branch can't assist you, they tell you to call the 888 number to an undisclosed office. Of course, they aren't able to give adequate assistance either because when the accounts were switched over from Suntrust to Truist, they neglected to transfer all the account information over. They raise hell if you want to close out an investment account. The workers in customer service are rude, as are the investment account staff. Investment account staff work from another undisclosed location. Whole thing is a sham.

If I could give negative ratings - I would. I am in the middle of closing my account. Was great when was BB&T. I opened a small business account with Truist. I had some delays getting up and running so I had never activated the debit card, never taken the checks out of my new account package. I had an issue with my PERSONAL checking and called for help. Got the off-shore customer service. They kept telling me there was no account there associated with my phone number. I asked for their supervisor - they got mad and said "you can understand me, you don't need my supervisor" I said "I understand YOU - but apparently YOU don't understand ME" She hung up on me. I called back and got a different person and the account had been flagged and blocked. I called my branch and they said I had to come in because the account had been flagged and blocked. Got that straight and then my business account was hacked by a female in India. Truist refused to reimburse the money. 50.00 - they are actually willing to lose a long standing customer (and my families accounts too) over 50.00. Horrible customer service - and Horrible OFF_SHORE customer service that I believe is responsible for hacking my account. And I KNOW they blocked my account which caused some of my bills to bounce before i could get it fixed.

I do not recommend this branch as they could not fix a simple issue that happened in my online banking. Generally, Truist customer service is awful! They are unfamiliar with their system and make mistakes like opening or closing an account! They even cannot manage the client services to find out the issues and fix them. Disappointing experience ??

Just left BB&T a few minutes ago. I received horrible service and experienced an extremely rude bank teller after having a simple miscommunication in which her instruction was unclear; I then saw her share/gossip about this with the other bank teller, making me feel uncomfortable. I understand she was probably more frustrated with her other customer but it wasn’t an excuse for her poor behavior.

Absolutely terrible “young woman†on the phone. Very sarcastic and a complete idiot. I have card fraud from a company that I've never heard of. Then instead of helping the situation, she literally told me to get a credit card or another type of debit card. What?! I wish it was that easy. She also told me to quit using amazon because they can cause Fraud? She obviously doesn't realize that Amazon is a top company with purchases being made every day. She also said I was lucky that $50.00 was taken out and not $1000. What is the difference?! Money is money. She can pay me the $50 that I need now if she thinks it's “nothingâ€. She basically told me I was the problem and never even helped me. She was also laughing continuously. Please fire that b****. Unfortunately I won't be using this Clemson location ever again due to one terrible employee.

This bank stops processing after 6PM. All banks I've used have processing until midnight beware.
