This place will churn you out for every dime you have. They are not friendly at all and offer you no wiggle room if you have a problem. The lease agreement is very harsh as well. For what it’s worth, there are plenty of other options that are better than this place for living

BEWARE - parents and students. Bixby is in the business of nickel and diming you and charges for EVERYTHING, even if they say they aren't going to do so. Take phots of everything now when you just move in or else you'll pay for it in the end. They even double charged - they made the previous students pay for damage that they didn't fix, then tried to charge us for the same damage. Fortunately we had a photo to prove it was like that. Don't leave hooks or nail holes. And if anything is broken, have maintenance fix it for FREE before you move out or you'll be charged for the repair. It already costs DOUBLE the rent of nearby apartments, but that isn't enough for the greedy management company. And, the communication is horrible. It is a convenient place to live for students, but it's not worth the cost.

NOT RENEWING for next year. Prince increase of 22.6% for same bedroom in same unit, with no additional amenities or facilities. Don't know how they get away with this. Nice place to live, but not that nice.

This is a wonderful place to live; it’s always clean, the staff are always so nice, perfect location and there’s even great restaurants connected to Bixby.
