I decided to get a haircut here on my birthday because I was well due and it went horribly. I asked for a light trim and some face framing pieces with a slight curtain bang. I also brought a few reference photos. She went straight in with a razor and this is what I ended up with. She kept saying it was because of my hair texture (which is slightly wavy at best) and when I got home and styled my hair one side is blunt traight across and the other is super long. She also ended up trimming my hair multiple times and I left with at least 2-3 inches cut off the bottom. She seemed more focused on talking about her house then cutting my hair. Very disappointed.

I found a stylist I really liked at Great Clips and like that I can call and know if she is working. I also like that they document how they cat my hair, so if she isn’t available, others can replicate the cut.

I love this location! The stylist I saw, Grace, gave me a wonderful refresh on my pixie cut and fade. It's genuinely the best cut I've received from anywhere in years. I'm a licensed cosmetologist myself and I've been to many high end salons in various cities and she easily gave me a cut worth $60+ for just $17 + tip.
Hair type: I have difficult very straight, fine, dense hair with cowlicks. It's unforgiving with revealing cut lines and is tricky to cut or style.
Stylist: My stylist Grace was fantastic! She was friendly, thorough, and absolutely understood just what I wanted.

Brandi cut my hair last Thursday. The back is uneven and she cut it in a bowl shape. I asked for layers and showed her pictures. She acted like I was inconveniencing her.Passive aggressive behavior in this place. I advise not to trust any of these people with your hair.

The online check-in option is very helpful. The haircut services are mediocre. Can't really say that I was completely satisfied with the service. The place is good, cleanliness is well maintained, but the overall experience was just fine. They could do better. Plenty of parking spaces are available as there are a few other shops and business in the building.
