If I would be able to give a 0 stars, I would. We moved from IL, and person who did our taxes in April persuaded us that we do not need to pay SC state taxes since our pensions come from IL. Now, we live under stress, having letters from Department of Revenue and paying penalties and interest. Terrible not professional service!

They were unable to figure out my cryptocurrency despite having the documentation. I walked in and had to show them how to do it... But I'm not paying them if I have to show them how to do my taxes, so I took my paperwork and am taking it elsewhere.

I haven’t went to this tax company in years and finally went because it was walking distance to where I live because I do not have a car. I went to get the refund loan and couldn’t figure out why I was denied it was because the tax preparer made a mistake that now I have to pay for and was expecting that loan so I could get a car and pay some bills. Please don’t go to H &R Block at least in Clemson SC. First of all he was very distracted because he was the only one in the office with other customers coming in and could not keep his full attention on me and doing my taxes. Now I have to pay for a mistake he made. What should I do??

Worst group of clueless senior citizens ive ever encountered. You can do your taxes yourself and save hundreds literally. H&r has been worse each year and the staff has no answers to any issues other than what they read on the screen which you can do yourself. Also the large fossil behind the desk thought it was funny when i asked why my money wasnt in my account the day they said it would be there. Its been a week since that day.
